Maura is an ordained priest in the Celtic Christian Church and received her Master's Degree in Theology and a Doctorate of Theology in Contemporary Spirituality. Today, she unites couples of all faiths, cultures, and orientations. She has performed Interfaith ceremonies for Christian, Jewish, Greek Orthodox, and other participants.
