Weddings by Gabrielle offers everything from full-service planning to partial assistance, event design, and day-of coordination. I have designed three standard packages to make things a little easier for couples. I'm all about taking care of both the little and large details, so everything from guest-list creation and budget guidance to vendor referrals and venue styling is available with the full-service plan. If you have planned everything yourself and want a professional there on the day to ensure events run smoothly, the day-of coordination plan is the perfect choice. When it comes to partial planning, I'll take care of sourcing vendors and arranging contracts, as well as covering event management on the day. I can't wait to make the most magical day of your life a reality!

Gabrielle was such an immense help, not only on our wedding day, but in the weeks leading up to the big event as well! As a day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond to answer our questions, gather vendors' contact information, and coordinate the day. She was such a big help with all the set-up and takedown, and she helped keep everything running smoothly, from start to finish. We really appreciated her organization, her thoughtfulness, and her ability to stay calm and confident under pressure. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to other couples! -

The first to arrive and the last to leave. Weddings by Gabrielle was the entire backbone of our day. The thoughtfulness of Gabrielle was astounding! She caught a couple of things before I even thought of them and I believe it was because of her that our day went so smoothly. She is extremely detail oriented. A true ghost in the night, setting up tables, making sure everything was perfect. I know that if she wasn’t there to support me as a bride, those little details would have snagged my day. Personally, in high pressure situations, I crumble and on what could have been the most stressful day of my life? It was the most stress and carefree day, because of her. I spent the entire day savoring the moments and love with my family, instead of crying because I forgot to pack a lighter for my candles. What you get with Gabrielle is true peace of mind, and to me??? Worth it, 100,000%.

Gabrielle saved my wedding!! We didn’t originally hire any coordination, but the original plans we made with our venue started falling apart a month before our wedding. Gabrielle immediately scheduled an in-person meeting and took care of EVERYTHING! She was calm, confident, and went above and beyond to communicate with us and the venue, and even helped our florist set up our reception. Everything was beautiful and perfect; the only thing I would have changed would be to hire Gabby sooner. She made everything stress free and I recommend her to anyone, regardless of where you are in the planning process!
