My mom could not possibly understand in the beginning of wedding planning why I wanted to allocate part of the budget she and my dad so generously gave to a wedding planner. However, she listened to my impassioned PowerPoint presentation (I’m not kidding.) about the need for a wedding planner, and we decided to go with Victoria at Wed With Style. Cut to several weeks before the wedding. My mom and I are on the phone, and my mother, half laughing, half crying, goes, “I think at this point we be SOL with Vic. I love you, but we might have killed each other, too.”

So, yeah. Victoria is amazing. She is kind, amazingly organized, hilarious, down-to-earth, meticulous, great with handling actually ANYTHING, an actual Earth angel, and a stylish dresser, to boot. She does weddings all along the Gulf Coast, her rates are amazing, and she goes above and beyond to make your day an absolute dream. (She brought this weirdo bride a Ouija board from her house. Long story.)

Do yourself a favor, plan your wedding far in advance like I did, and please, pretty please, hire this amazing woman for your big special day. It’s the best wedding money you can possibly spend.
