Our wedding cake was exactly what we had envisioned and tasted amazing!

Since we had our wedding at Weber’s, it was definitely easiest to get our cake through them too, but we did not feel like we were settling at all by choosing to do so. Marybeth gave us about a dozen different cake samples to take home and try. We wound up choosing the yellow cake with regular buttercream, raspberry almond pound cake, and apricot champagne. All were excellent.

We did not do a traditional wedding cake design, and Marybeth absolutely nailed it. We had a little 2 tier wedding cake for us to cut, but we also did 2 sheet cakes designed to look like Taco Bell hot sauce packets. We loved them. To top everything off, she was very easy to work with - prompt responses to emails and kept track of everything.

We had really liked the "bumpy cake" that my brother-in-law had at his 40th birthday party at Weber's Inn, so I contacted Mary Beth at Weber's Bakery to see if she could make it into a small wedding cake (25 ppl). She was very prompt with messages to me, and told me she could definitely do that. She even sent me a photo of a similar wedding cake, which was perfect for me. She ended up making a bumpy cake with chocolate ganache covering both layers of the cake and with and chocolate chunks and chocolate-covered strawberries all over it. The chunks and strawberries were a hit with EVERYONE. All of the kids wanted strawberries. Everyone thought the cake was delicious. My family is really into baked goods, and in fact between my uncles and I, we know all of the bakeries within 3 hours of where we live, and ALL of us absolutely loved the cake. I would highly recommend this bakery if you want to customize a cake and not have to worry about it. It is a little pricey, but worth it to me.
