Waterloo sits on 11 acres of stunning natural countryside and rolling hills with over 2000 feet of river frontage along the scenic Spring Creek river. Nestled between two waterfalls, this venue offers newlyweds the perfect combination of privacy, exclusivity, and style.

Facilities and Capacity

Waterloo Venue caters to weddings with up to 100 guests. Since its official opening in July 2020, Waterloo venue has gone from strength to strength, hosting over 25 events. Owners Nathan and Alice Davey discovered the property in 2018 and immediately fell in love. They began construction in 2019 and even hosted their own wedding on the property before it was fully finished. Couples can exchange vows in various outdoor locations where the waterfalls, river, and rugged countryside provide an idyllic backdrop for ceremonies and wedding photos. Alternatively, the pavilion can seat up to 100 and can be used for ceremonies and receptions. This rustic but modern building features a custom built-in bar with walnut counters, a caterer's kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. There is a luxury bridal suite upstairs and a separate groom's area just a short walk away. The pavilion also has propane heaters, overhead lighting, and fans and includes tables, chairs, and linens.

Services Offered

Waterloo Venue offers a range of services that couples can choose from. Outside vendors are welcome, and the team can supply a list of local suppliers if needed. There are a live band and DJ facilities onsite and plenty of space where guests can boogie long into the night. Setup, cleanup, tables, chairs, and audio equipment are available. The team provides centerpieces of local wood circles and mason jars, and there is a staffed car park onsite. The venue is easily accessible, has good wheelchair access, and has free WiFi throughout.
