My husband and I had our traditional Korean wedding ceremony at the Waikiki Resort Hotel the evening before our destination wedding. Words cannot express how happy we are with how the event turned out.

Having a destination wedding for over 70 guests, we decided to host a Korean wedding ceremony. I worked with Kim (and Chester) to plan our event. They were very responsive in all their emails and phone calls and so easy to work with (especially planning everything from D.C.). They were extremely professional and friendly and offered us great deals on food, beverage, parking, decor, audio visual needs, hotel accommodations, etc. I cannot stress how easy it was to work with them, especially since I was already planning a wedding the next day. They took care of everything that I asked of them.

The day of the event went very smoothly. All of our guests loved the food and the service was great. Everyone had a great time and I cannot thank Kim and Chester and the Waikiki Resort Hotel enough for hosting a great event. I would highly recommend them as a venue.

Due to another employee previously working there, the new hire for the Director of Events, his name is Ron Hamic. He was very helpful, and was only appointed to me 1 month prior to my wedding. He was helpful from when we first met over the phone until the day of. The food, service, last minute hotel accommodations, parking was excellent. If for any future parties, I would plan another party there.
