I do not write reviews and have never given 5 star across the board ratings, but I have to acknowledge the excellent service we received on our wedding weekend this last weekend, from the valets, registration (Lani personalized all our guests check ins), bell desk (Keri made sure my gift baskets were ready for my guests when they arrived), catering, and top notch personalized, attentive service from REYNOLD, the Director of Events, who was at our event and stayed for a couple of hours to make sure everything went without a hitch. Sharon accommodated our guests in our block (all 18 room!) and all the changes and last minute changes, she made sure our guests rooms were together and all special requests were met. Reynold got us the room we asked for but better... WAY better than we expected, the views were breathtaking. The table service at the reception was the best service we've ever received and thanks to the Chefs Dion and Roy for holding on to our cake overnight and for a delicious meal, we received so many compliments, especially the short ribs! We could not have asked for a more perfect weekend and wedding reception, our guests truly enjoyed the amenities at the resort and the convenience and beauty of the location.

Everyone at the Marriott was great. My wedding was wonderful. I had both the ceremony and reception at the hotel and everything was perfect!

Had my wedding reception here at the Presidential Suite on the 25th floor. Everything from initial sale to event planning went well. Food was amazing and the level of service provided at the event itself was great.

The only thing I would advice future couples is to keep your setup plans and needs organized. The event manager I was working with was a pleasure to have, but she was not the most responsive person. But that did not deter us as we had everything in order on our end and was easy to keep track of.
