Absolutely LOVED working with Tara and Wade on our 3 day Indian-Persian wedding!!

We came to Wade and Co. after having 2 different caterers cancel on us, the last one with only 3 weeks left before the wedding. I admit I was skeptical of if they could pull off our very unique ethnic menu with such little time before the events, but I was sold after the tasting! On our wedding weekend, our guests could not stop raving about the food. Everything tasted fantastic, from the fajitas we had for lunch to the Persian food served during cocktail hour and for dinner both evenings. My grandparents still can't believe that the food was not made by actual Persian people! They also did a great job coordinating with India Palace, who provided the Indian food for our events.

Wade and Co. also handled serving the food family style flawlessly. All items were at the perfect temperature and in just the right portions! Tara was available at all times and coordinated all rentals necessary. The staff on site did an excellent job with the extras like coffee/tea bar, the flaming donut station, as well as assisting in serving of our wedding cake.

Our only regret is not having teamed up with Wade & Co earlier in the planning process. If you are planning any event that is slightly out of the ordinary or requires a unique taste or flare, the only caterer you should ever consider is this one!!

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing they are. He made my entire wedding. It was so much more that I could ever imagine. He took my ideas and ran with them to make them literal masterpieces. Everything was so unique in that it was personal to us, but also things that I had never seen before at any other wedding or anywhere online. The food is better than any restaurant I have ever tasted and people RAVED about it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him!

Let me start off by saying that Wade & Co. was a pleasure to work with. From the first meeting to getting everything after the wedding, we had the best experience. We had our wedding at their venue, the Tower Room/Center, and everything was wonderful. We had a food tasting which was very helpful and they worked with us to get the menu exactly like we wanted it at a price we could afford. Everyone complimented us on our food! We loved it as well. :) I would definitely recommend Wade & Co for any event!

My groom and I so wanted to give Wade and Company a 5-star, glowing review. Following up the wedding, we were prepared to discuss how Desiree made sure we were fed during our wedding reception (how many brides and grooms can say they actually got to eat at their reception??), how well her staff kept the seating areas clean, and how beautiful the displays of food were.

My feedback for this company is making sure bills are paid prior to the couple leaving for their honeymoon! Nothing is worse when boarding a plane to get a call from a vendor saying a $1k+ bill is outstanding. Desiree was very understanding and allowed us to pay the balance on return from our honeymoon, but we would have much preferred handling our business ahead of honeymoon time. Having a system to pay online would have been a big help, too.

Other than that hang-up, we could not have asked for a better caterer. The food was really good!
