Don’t be afraid to speak up throughout the process. If you want something changed, she will change it with a smile on her face! I wasn’t loving the shade of brown after the first dye and she fixed it on the spot. After a few weeks of wear, I felt like my bonds are slightly large for my fine/short hair so I asked if she could cut them into 1/3 or 1/4 size next time, and she enthusiastically agreed. Vivien’s #1 priority is to be sure the client is happy with their new hair.
