Kathy over at Viva was really great when it came time to book a limo for our wedding. The company in all was outstanding from Ken to Kathy to our driver who's name I am blanking on. Planning a wedding is not easy and issues do come up and can cause problems for everyone involved and we had issues with Viva - but don't you worry they were professionals. When it came time to make our final payment an issue came up and needless to say Viva was on top of it and corrected the issue within an hour. And when it came to our wedding day of July 18 it rained and that was something we were not prepared for and on top of that my husband get a call from our driver saying he is ready to pick me up 2 hours ahead of schedule because he was working off an old timeline. After speaking with him for a few minutes he was patient and understanding and worked with us and everyone got picked up on time and dropped off on time. Like I said issues came up but they were on top of it all! So if you are looking for a limo company while in Temecula these are you guys.

The limos that were scheduled to pick up the bride and groom early, which was great because we were all ready to go. The groom's limo did get rear ended during the transport, not Viva's fault, but no one ever called to follow up to see if everyone was ok.

The problem came with the busses that were scheduled to pick up our wedding guests from the hotel. WE had to suggest to THEM to change some of the pick up times for our guests due to road closures. With 2 scheduled pick ups to bring guests to the venue, first bus came just fine, but the second one came on time, but left four minutes early! Early sounds good right? Except for the fact that the bus left while EIGHT of our guests were waiting at the lobby! They said the driver did go in and saw no guest so he decided to just leave without notifying us. My guests said they were there 10 mins before the scheduled departure, but didn't see anyone come in to find them.

The WORST PART comes when our guests checked with us at 5:30 asking us where the bus was to pick them up. I called Viva and Kathy answered. She said that she would find out what was going on and would text us right back. Five minutes later, no call, no text, no explanation. We called back and she said the shuttle is already back at the office and it left at 5:16 like no big deal. Didn't think to call us back to notify us and actually started yelling at me, the bride, saying what difference does 4 mi
