Ok, let me start with the positive. The price was good. They did what needed to get done. Our guests were safely transported back and forth to the wedding.

However, it was quite an ordeal getting there. When I first hired them, they were very pleasant and accommodating. A few months later they reached out being annoyed that our venue had a dirt road. Which I had mentioned. They wanted to come in from a different entrance (also a dirt road) which they thought was easier, but would mean guests walking through the back of the venue where vendors are parked and then through the entire reception area being setup in order to get to the ceremony space. I told them I didn't want to do that and they insisted the venue then completely level out the other entrance road. Which my venue very graciously agreed to. So I thought we had the problem solved.

Several months later they contacted me complaining again with the same issue and again insisting they wanted to use the other entrance. I connected them directly with my venue and they worked it out. Or so I thought. When I arrived at the venue I saw that they had told the venue to level out the entrance THEY wanted to use even though it's not what I wanted and they knew that. At that point I just gave up. However, the day of my rehearsal dinner they showed up unannounced (they were only contracted for the wedding day itself) to the venue complaining that it was still not done to their liking and insisting on more changes to the road and were very rude. Obviously not possible at that point. One of our groomsmen offered to trim a bunch of bushes and trees himself to help accommodate some concerns. They seemed ok with that. Great.

Then the day of the wedding, I heard from multiple guests they were a bit curt and unfriendly. But what irked me the most is that at the end of the night there was one remaining seat on one of the shuttles, and the driver refused to leave until it was full. It meant a couple had to be split up. One of our single guests kindly got off the shuttle to allow the couple to ride together while she stood there waiting for the next shuttle. Overall, it all worked out but was a pretty negative experience. There are plenty of other shuttle companies. It's probably worth paying more to not deal with all this.
