I booked these people to do the hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party, which included 5 bridesmaids, a flower girl, my mom and my mother in law. My wedding was supposed to start at 6:30 AM (a sunrise wedding), so I continuously asked Miami Glam Girls if starting at 3:30 AM (the time they gave me) would be enough time and they assured me that it was, as their employees are trained to complete all hair and makeup within 60 to 90 minutes. However, this was not the case, I got to my wedding ceremony over an hour late(in which I was also charged a late fee)! And on top of that there wasn't time to do my mom's hair, which they still charged us for. Also, 3 months prior to the wedding, Miami Glam Girls asked me to send them pictures of the hairstyles and makeup I wanted for myself and the bridal party, which I sent. The day of the wedding the makeup person told me that the picture I showed her was photoshopped and she could not do that, so she did whatever she wanted, which came out okay but not what I paid for. For the hair, it was a disaster, I wanted a nice half picked up hairstyle, and I ended up with a big poof on the top of my head, and because we were late to the ceremony already, I couldn't fix it. The bridesmaids hairstyle required a fishtail braid, which is clearly shown in the picture I sent Miami Glam Girls 3 months prior to the wedding, however, the day of the wedding the hairstylist tells us that she doesn't know how to do a fishtail braid. I have sent them emails and called them to get a refund for the services not rendered and they have failed to respond. Whatever you do, do not hire these people to do your hair and makeup, they will only ruin what is supposed to be a special day.
