Horrible experience. Leading up to the wedding, photographer took forever to respond to questions, I'm talking like 3 weeks to a month. After the wedding was even worse. We didn't get our wedding album or cd of pictures till the weeks before our 1 year anniversary!! When I kept trying to contact them for updates, they would never respond, sometimes for over a month and then tell me well they're busy and they handle customers in order. The 11x14 photo that was included in our package is horrible resolution. It's blurry. I'm so upset, we are missing photos. I would not recommend this company at all. They do not know how to handle their customers
