VIP was very easy to work with. I'm glad we went with a local vendor for the tux rentals. They also run a promotion where the groom's tux is free if there are enough groomsmen.

They have a pretty horrible selection but advertise every as in stock. They enforce unrealistic rules at their leisure. Bait and switch tactics.
