Many floral designers are inflexible, extraordinarily expensive, and indifferent to the client's needs. Not so with Kim White, owner operator of Violet Gardens Floral Designs. Received a referral to Ms. White by a friend who had used her for her daughter's wedding. Other florists I had attempted to used had minimums that were far beyond my pocketbook. My daughter had very specific, minimalist ideas for her decor. Kim listened carefully, heard what we wanted, and executed the vision as we'd asked. Along the way, Kim was so flexible--add this, change that, we asked. It was never an issue for her. We had a person we had asked to do other decor, who bowed out days before the wedding. Kim readily filled in without any hesitation. i did not meet Kim until the night of the wedding reception when she came to break down the florals. I learned that her son had a medical emergency. She shows up after attending to his issue at 10 p.m. and graciously completed the breakdown task. I will refer her 100000 times over. Do not overlook this little engine that can. This is one talented, humble professional who will achieve your vision. A+++++

We had the pleasure of working with Kimmy for our September 2021 wedding. We already knew that her work was great because my brother and sister-in-law had hired her for their wedding several years earlier. And true to form, Kimmy was wonderful to work with–in our initial consultation, she was a great listener, asked helpful questions, and sent back a proposal that totally brought my vision to life (even when I didn’t have all of the words to articulate what I wanted)! On our wedding day, Kimmy was timely and the flowers and arrangements she delivered were beautiful. We would highly recommend her!

I will start by saying wow! I had a vision for my wedding and it was so hard to put into words. I tried piecing together photos of the colors and vibe I wanted when talking with Violet Garden Floral. Initially, I was not sure my vision got across the right way, but man, when my husband and I saw our wedding florals and design, we were in awe! The colors were PERFECT, and the romantic, classy, and colorful feel we wanted was there! We could not have asked for anything better really. I will be thinking about our wedding day forever. Kimberly helped create the exact atmosphere that we were hoping for for our two day wedding! Kimberly was extremely flexible with our needs as we needed florals that would last for 2 days (and they looked equally fresh day 2!!!) and with my lack of knowledge of flowers she was still able to guide me to find flowers that matched my exact vibe! On top of beautiful floral decorations, Kimberly goes above and beyond by coming to set up and coming back end of the evening to take down the decorations and day of I requested something new for the next day that she so kindly agreed to! I absolutely recommend Violet Gardens Floral Designs! I am still receiving compliments on my floral pieces even a year later! Kim is so kind and professional and she made my entire wedding so unique and beautiful with the arrangements that she had as well as my wedding party and my bouquet! I didn’t even ask to see a preview of the centerpieces because I KNEW they would be amazing. And they were!! I recommend her to anyone for any occasion. She was helpful from beginning to end, and I will hire her services every time I need a florist, and so should you! Kimberly and her team were fantastic! All I knew for my wedding flowers was that I wanted to have some flowers but did not want to spend a lot. I don't know anything about flowers, and knew it would not be what I focused on. Kimberly took it from there, and now all my friends think I'm a flower genius because they loved the flowers so much. Before the wedding, I met with Kimberly to see what she was thinking, and she took my direction (classic and white) and planned beautiful bouquets and centerpieces. She nailed it on the huppah, adding flowers that were enough to make it look gorgeous without overpowering our space or distracting from the backdrop we picked the venue to have. She even came back after the ceremony to move the huppah out of the way, and then came back at the end of the night to clean up and collect the vases. Throughout the process she was so easy to work with, and so sweet as I made it very clear how little I know about flowers. She respected my budget and went above and beyond what I expected.

Kimberly was so great to work with and I definitely recommend her! She was really accommodating and met with me twice, once with my mother and once at our venue to walk through. She was so patient (especially with my mom who had lots of questions and requests!). She had great suggestions on colors and types of flowers. I was not someone who had very specific ideas in mind and was glad that she was willing to offer so many suggestions and ideas. I was blown away day of with how beautiful the bouquets were and how amazing the venue looked. I have heard other brides complain about being disappointed with how small everything actually looked day of but all of the bouquets and centerpieces were full and gorgeous And the value of her services is really exceptional.

Kimmy is PHENOMENAL!! My venue was very unique and a blank slate (with a gorgeous view). I really needed someone to help me bring a bohemian, industrial, modern feel to the space and Kimmy nailed it! She really worked with me to design the space and bring my vision to life! The flowers were absolutely stunning, everywhere I turned my vision was there! Kimmy is everything you want in a wedding pro, professional, timely, responsive, great listener, gave great advise. It was a real pleasure working with Kimmy. It makes me sad that we aren't working on my wedding any more she made what could be such a stressful process so much fun! I LOVE Kimmy and her work she is amazing, you need to look no further when choosing a florist for your wedding. Kimmy truly is the Best!
