I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca from Vintage Magnolia for a wedding at the Four Seasons in Vail! Rebecca was such a pleasure to work with. Was creative in her design, cognizant in client budget, vision and overall style. Leading up to the wedding Rebecca was making any changes needed and sending client updates. On event day, the team came in and set everything to perfection. Checking to make sure all chandeliers looked exactly the same with greenery, making sure all table centerpieces were placed with perfection. It was an absolute dream to work with them and I look forward to our next event together!

Our venue changed 30 days prior to our wedding due to COVID, and Caitlin was overly accommodating up until the day of with changes and making my flower dreams come to life. Our guests are still raving about how gorgeous everything was and the flowers were easily one of my favorite memories from our wedding weekend.

We loved our experience with Caitlin at Vintage! She had incredible vision and helped make the florals at our wedding create a wow factor. She made a huge floral piece that hung above the dance floor along with high and low centerpieces that were absolutely stunning. We were not very particular or knowledgeable about types of flowers and how many, so we had her take control of it all and she absolutely delivered. She blew any of our expectations away and we couldn't imagine our wedding without her vision and florals!

Vintage Magnolia is the best florist I have ever encountered. Caitlin and her team are gifted in the art of floral. They were able to meet me via FaceTime since I was an out-of-town bride, show me their work and help me cast the vision for the ambiance at our wedding and reception. They were patient with my ideas, offered amazing suggestions and were the experts in it all. She helped me bring to life my vision in both the church and the reception beyond what I could ever have imagined. When we walked into the reception venue for the first time before our guests, this was the moment I teared up most. It was everything I had dreamed of all my life, and more! The details were truly remarkable. She worked with our rehearsal dinner venue, the church, the reception, our coordinators and made great recommendations for other services we needed. I truly love and admire this team. When planning a wedding in Colorado they are A MUST HAVE!!!

Caitlin and her team at Vintage Magnolia were amazing, to say the least. My fiance and I were planning our wedding remotely from California and we were able to seamlessly communicate with Caitlin about our vision and ideas over many emails. We received best in class service and felt like the outcome met our design goals flawlessly. When we finally were able to visit her showroom / workspace in Edwards a few months ahead of the wedding, we were delighted to see and hear her thoughts on the inspiration we had given her.

There was nothing I would have changed about our experience or the day of events. Vintage Magnolia was able to work with our family when we arranged a pick up of the flowers and greenery to decorate our space. We had so much fun during the wedding and the quality of the florals really elevated the intimate experience. Since we were from out of state and road-tripping through CO for our honeymoon, we were bummed that we couldn't travel very far with the bouquet. Our photos will have to do until we come back to Edwards and see Caitlin again.

We are so happy, four months into our marriage, whenever we see our photos of the best day of our lives. Thank you so much!

Caitlin and her team of flower magicians at Vintage Magnolia are absolutely incredible. Working with her was such a simple process and she was able to take my poorly worded vision and create a beautiful reality. At one point, I wasn't sure what I really wanted or how it would all work out and she went through the different blooms in her cooler to bunch together a small arrangement to get an idea of how everything would come together. On my wedding day, the bouquets were absolutely stunning (as were the centerpieces and decor!). I didn't want to put it down! Total flower magic. I wholeheartedly recommend Caitlin and Vintage Magnolia for your wedding (or for any flower arrangement, for this matter!). They're amazing to work with, deliver a beautiful product, and are genuinely kind and caring people.

My husband and I recently got married at the Sonnenalp in Vail, CO and we couldn't have been any happier with the quality and service we received working with Caitlin. She was SUCH a pleasure to work with. We planned everything long-distance from the East Coast and there was never a moment we felt our questions weren't answered, suggestions heard, or adjustments made. Caitlin made sure to get the feel of what we were going for from color scheme, bridal party color palette, venue nuances, etc. She worked on every detail with us, even making last-minute changes. Everything arrived on time and was set up perfectly. Caitlin worked diligently to make sure this all fell in our budget, and the flowers were BEYOND anything I ever imagined- romantic, huge, beautiful blooms. Everything from the impressive ceremony flowers to the boutonnieres was absolutely perfect, and I will never get over my bouquet.
Without a doubt, Vintage Magnolia brought our soft and romantic vision for our wedding to life!! They are worth every penny!

Caitlyn was fabulous and spend alot of time with me . Love how organized the studio is. Everything went smoothly . And it was a nice touch to hear they donated flowers afterwards as we could not fly home with them back to florida.

We discussed generally what I wanted the flowers to look like and what my budget parameters were. She created an amazing presentation for me that layed out which flowers would be included in each segment and the price points of each. I knew we were on the right track from the beginning and it was so easy to make small changes from there. Caitlin is flexible and she has the best attitude about everything. She is the only vendor that received any panicked calls from me (besides my wedding planner of course) and she always listened to me and made me feel totally at ease. Caitlin and her team created a mock-up for me to showcase the centerpeices and it was amazing. I felt like we were able to collaborate with the other vendors and create the perfect day.
The flowers at my wedding were stunning, actually INSANELY stunning!! Caitlin and her team took my vision and made it better than I could have imagined. From the entryway table of hydrangeas, peonies and orchids, to the floating candles, to the stunning flowers all over the cake, to the centerpieces, and finally the bouquets, the flowers at the wedding were absolute perfection. I highly highly recommend vintage magnolia! They will create your dream day with their flowers and you will love working with Caitlin!
