Vintage Carriage and Baraat Horse Service is located in Treasure Valley, Idaho

Following our long-anticipated move to Idaho, in the spring of 2021, we relaunched Vintage Carriage Company with a stunning cinderella-themed wedding at the beautiful Castle Gardens in Kuna. Established in Northern California in 1984, Vintage Carriage company is family-owned and operated by Leilani Gibbons-Elledge, Tommy Elledge, and Nickolena Van Tuyl. For over 35 years it has been our pleasure and honor to bring a touch of fancy and elegance to more than 100 weddings and special events a year.
Whether:

  • a grand entrance with a Cinderella carriage,
  • a quiet after ceremony ride through the vineyards of Napa and Sonoma for the wedding couple in one of our Vis-a-Vis Carriages, 0r
  • the joyful pandemonium of the groom’s procession for a South Asian wedding.

We have excelled in providing the best in horse-drawn transportation.In 2020 we sold the ranch in California and with horses and carriages in tow followed our daughter and her family to Parma, Idaho.

We look forward to assisting you – our customers, along with your wedding and event coordinators, venue managers, and families here in the Treasure Valley of Idaho bring your horse-drawn dreams to life.

Smooth and festive Baraat experience!

We hired Vintage Carriage for the Baraat of our Indian wedding this past May, and would recommend them highly! Everything went smoothly, from getting on to dismounting. The horse’s decorations were wonderful. Leilani was timely in communications and in arrival at the venue, and the ride was well-paced. The attention to safety - not only of the riders but of everyone in the crowd, was much appreciated. She definitely made the Baraat a success!

Leilani and her crew was excellent! Even prior to our wedding, she agreed to meet with us and talk over logistics. She has a wonderful and welcoming personality, and she is a pleasure to work with. On the day of our wedding, she had the carriage delivered early and setup without a hitch. Everyone LOVED it! It worked so well with our vision and venue. We had so many comments on how unique and magical it was to have a carriage (that lights up at night!). It was a huge hit! No regrets. Thank you!

I was extremely pleased with the service that was provided to me by Vintage Carriage Company. They were extremely polite and responsive to my needs. The staff/associates that helped me to book a horse for my wedding were very professional and courteous as well as the staff that accompanied the horse on the day of the event. I would definitely recommend Vintage Carriage Company to my friends and family for any future events.

We had the Vintage Carriage Co. provide a white horse for our Indian/American fusion wedding. It was definitely one of the hits of the night! Leilani and her team were nothing short of professional, never did I feel that she would let me down or feel that her services were only about the money. I had forgotten to pay the full balance of my horse but instead of nagging about it during my event, she calmly text messaged me after my event to give me options on how to instead pay it. My horse was very well trained and did not cause any unneeded commotion. I will highly recommend Leilani and her team for future wedding Baraats!

Vintage Carriage Company and Leilani were great to work with. They were clear about the timings and worked with us to ensure they were there at the timings that we needed them. On the wedding day, the baraat went off very well, inspite of having a downpour just a few minutes before we started.
