The experience at Viero Bridal was unmatched! I went to 4 bridal salons in Philadelphia (where I live), but none of them provided the same experience as Viero. I LOVED that you got the whole store to yourself during your appointment; it felt intimate, personalized, and you had so much space to see your dress from all angles (versus other salons where you just stayed in the fitting room). My stylist was Janna - she was so sweet, listened to my feedback and pulled dresses accordingly (she also allowed me to look through dresses myself, which I loved because other salons didn’t allow that). You’re also allowed to take pictures and videos to your heart’s desire (also another thing that other salons didn’t allow and that baffles me honestly). To be frank, I already had a Milla Nova dress (the Matilda to be specific) in my mind when I booked an appointment with Viero, and that turned out to be the dress I said yes to. My dress also arrived in the timeframe specified with no issues. If you want a seamless wedding dress shopping experience, go to Viero Bridal - you won’t regret it!

Let me begin by saying I went to 7+ different bridal shops, tried on what felt like 100 dresses over the course of a month. The last place we tried was Viero Bridal in NYC. We really saved the BEST for last!! Not only did they have my Milla Nova dream dress, but Aida and her team, especially Irina (their freelance seamstress), really worked wonders on this dress to accommodate my short/petite frame. The price was incredibly reasonable considering the amount of detailed beading rework needed on the dress. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a personalized, intimate experience, beautiful bridal gown assortments, and impeccable alterations! Wow I don't know where to start with how incredible and rare a bridal store like Viero Bridal is. From start to finish the girls listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the dress of my dreams - iconic, timeless, elegant and modern. I loved being the only bride trying on at a time and having the chance to try on as many dresses as possible in a quiet, airy, romantic SoHo space. The girls could not have been more professional, friendly or helpful with their suggestions, or more responsive which was critical because timing was everything thanks to our short engagement.

When the last dress in my size in the US (located in another city) unexpectedly sold out when I placed my order, they called me the next day confirming there was already one being express shipped from the manufacturer to their NYC location and they had reserved it for me to ensure I got it. In the final sprint they accommodated 4 fittings in 2 weeks so that I picked up the dress two days before the wedding! And all without worry and saying it was not a problem at all.

On top of that the dresses are luxurious and one-of-a-kind and an exceptional value. Out of 6 bridal salons I visited in NYC, Viero Bridal was in a class of its own. I can't say enough good things about Viero! The whole experience is so enjoyable. I truly felt special and like a priority especially as this is a one on one boutique no large crowds around you. The girls here are dolls and really are happy to help you. There is no pressure to buy, they really want you to find what is best for you so that you feel your best! The dresses are beautiful works of art at fair value. I loved being able to make tweaks to the dress I loved to have it exactly the way I wanted. After an arduous search, visiting at least 8 bridal salons across Long Island and NYC, I found my dream dress at Viero Bridal. Far from a cookie cutter salon, Viero Bridal offers European inspired unique wedding gowns. I was looking for something extraordinary, that would make a statement as I walked down the aisle, and Aida was able to turn my vision into a reality by offering a choice of customizations and complimentary fabrics down to the pearl button and scalloped lace trim, my gown will be everything I envisioned and more. Especially comforting is that their communication skills are top notch. Emails and phone calls are answered promptly and they keep you updated on all details. I searched high and low for a bridal gown. I think I went to about 15 different stores. This dress was the one I kept comparing other dresses too. Viero bridal carries two designers. Milla Nova is a designer that I finally clicked with, I felt like she designed a dress well from head to toe. At last my search was over! This store located in Ukraine village in Chicago was a very friendly store and was nice to be the only shopper in the room at a time. I also appreciate a no-pressure shopping experience. The personal touch helped make me feel extra special. My dress was stunning and made me feel like a princess.

VieroBridal was my first and last stop for my wedding dress. I walked in with one dress in mind but after putting it on, I wasn’t in love with it. I then saw one dress on a hanger and wanted to try it on just for fun with no intention of thinking that it would be the dress. I came out of the dressing area looked in the mirror and instantly knew right away that it was the one! There were a few adjustments I needed to make in order for it to fit within my budget so Aida (she was the sweetest!) then told me that they could custom make my dress for me!!! I was super ecstatic to know I could have the dress of my dreams within my budget. I had to wait a little longer than expected for my dress to be completed but it was 100% worth the wait! Aida kept me updated the whole time about the status of my dress and made sure it would be ready in time for my wedding and it was. I couldn’t imagine myself in any other dress or have a bridal company more willing to do everything in their power to make my dream wedding come true! Everything was perfection!

I found my dream dress online & luckily the Viero Chicago boutique had a sample in my size. I flew from Dallas & was unbelievably pleased with the quality of the dresses & the most patient, positive ladies. Visit them!! You will not be disappointed.

Viero Bridal exceeded all of my expectations in finding my dream dress! I just picked up my dress and it is by far more amazing than I could have ever imagined! I had a wonderful time at my appointment, Aida was so welcoming to me and my friends and family that I brought with me! It was just us in the studio, which I found so intimate and relaxing, it made for such a fun experience with my family and friends. I found my dream dress with Aida's help, and when she was measuring me she told me it might be slightly large in my bust area. Well, the dress arrived (early too!) and it fit absolutely perfectly! She gave me the name of a tailor that knows and works with their dresses just in case/for the bustle. The quality of the dresses in their store is unmatched, especially for the price. I tried on gowns worth 4x as much at the first appointment I went to, and the quality and work on those dresses was definitely subpar to the dress I chose from Viero. I can't even begin to describe how beautiful my dress is, as well as the quality. I am so unbelievably happy with my experience here and I cannot wait to wear my beautiful dress for the big day!
