Victoria Jewelers is an amazing jewelry store with a fun and friendly staff. Dustin worked with my now husband to create my beautiful engagement ring, that he surprised me with after 10 years! We worked together with Lindsey to create my dream pink tourmaline wedding band. It was an easy process throughout. Prior to the wedding they cleaned my engagement ring and made it look new!

Both my engagement ring and my wedding band came from Victoria Jewelers in the Baldwin Park neighborhood of Orlando. We have 2 other couple friends who have used them as well. We had a custom setting done for my engagement ring to use my husband's grandmother's diamond. After discussing the vision, they created a CAD model of the ring for use to review before having it made. This guaranteed we were happy with it before we ordered it. They then helped match my wedding band settings with the settings from the engagement ring to ensure they looked great together. The service and finished product of both pieces are wonderful. We would highly recommend Victoria Jeweler and will surely return for future jewelry needs.

I went to Victoria Jewelers to get a custom shadow band. Although the welcome wasn’t initially warm, the staff there is great. Most importantly, my band is sooooo gorgeous. I plan to get another made for the other side.

Everyone at Victoria's is very friendly and helpful. They made the job of selecting an engagement ring more straight forward and fun despite walking in very intimidated. They are extremely passionate about what they do and it is reflected in each and every diamond that they sell. My fiance greatly enjoyed the experience selecting out her wedding band and we also found this to be less stressful and more fun due to the staff's passion for helping you find the best ring for you. My husband and I love this jewelry store! We took in my grandmothers engagement ring and band and they restored it like new! The wedding band was all diamonds so they had to redo every prong - a big job. They did a fantastic job and were SO nice every time we came in. They also clean the rings every time we stop by. You would think that this place is expensive because it's in Baldwin Park but it's actually not too bad. Five stars all around!

I went in again months later and they remembered me. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and their service is quick and informative. I went to get a watch tightened and a new battery, and they do that too - again, for a good price. I'm so happy every time I leave this place.

My fiancè purchased my engagement ring from Victoria's. He raved about his experience there, so we decided to go back for my wedding band. Dustin took notes on what I wanted and was able to create something beyond my wildest imagination! The band turned out absolutely beautiful and definitely one of a kind.

These people are amazing! I went in with my ring that my fiance got from Brilliant Earth online and I was a little concerned that taking it to somewhere that the ring was not from to get it re-sized. When I went in everyone who works there was super helpful and actually suggested getting sizing beads instead because that better suited the shape of my finger. I was very appreciative that he was more concerned with what was best for the ring instead of just being concerned with getting my money. It seems like everyone there knows what they are talking about too. We We even bought our wedding bands from here too since they were so helpful. Great place, I highly recommend!
