  Wonderful Jeweler

  Victoria Jewelers is an amazing jewelry store with a fun and friendly staff. Dustin worked with my now husband to create my beautiful engagement ring, that he surprised me with after 10 years! We worked together with Lindsey to create my dream pink tourmaline wedding band. It was an easy process throughout. Prior to the wedding they cleaned my engagement ring and made it look new!

  Wonderful Jewler!

  Both my engagement ring and my wedding band came from Victoria Jewelers in the Baldwin Park neighborhood of Orlando. We have 2 other couple friends who have used them as well. We had a custom setting done for my engagement ring to use my husband's grandmother's diamond. After discussing the vision, they created a CAD model of the ring for use to review before having it made. This guaranteed we were happy with it before we ordered it. They then helped match my wedding band settings with the settings from the engagement ring to ensure they looked great together. The service and finished product of both pieces are wonderful. We would highly recommend Victoria Jeweler and will surely return for future jewelry needs.

  Friendly, accommodating, and fair

  Everyone at Victoria's is very friendly and helpful. They made the job of selecting an engagement ring more straight forward and fun despite walking in very intimidated. They are extremely passionate about what they do and it is reflected in each and every diamond that they sell. My fiance greatly enjoyed the experience selecting out her wedding band and we also found this to be less stressful and more fun due to the staff's passion for helping you find the best ring for you. We had a blast and would highly recommend Victoria Jewelers.

  Gained a lifelong customer.

  I went to Victoria Jewelers to get a custom shadow band. Although the welcome wasn’t initially warm, the staff there is great. Most importantly, my band is sooooo gorgeous. I plan to get another made for the other side.

  My fiancè purchased my engagement ring from Victoria's. He raved about his experience there, so we decided to go back for my wedding band. Dustin took notes on what I wanted and was able to create something beyond my wildest imagination! The band turned out absolutely beautiful and definitely one of a kind.

  My husband and I love this jewelry store! We took in my grandmothers engagement ring and band and they restored it like new! The wedding band was all diamonds so they had to redo every prong - a big job. They did a fantastic job and were SO nice every time we came in. They also clean the rings every time we stop by. You would think that this place is expensive because it's in Baldwin Park but it's actually not too bad. Five stars all around!

  We could not be more thrilled with our experience working with Victoria Jewelers. Brian was amazing in helping us design our wedding bands to perfection! They are always so friendly when we go into the store. Our rings are beautiful and more then we hoped for! Will definitely be using them for all of our jewelry needs.

  These people are amazing! I went in with my ring that my fiance got from Brilliant Earth online and I was a little concerned that taking it to somewhere that the ring was not from to get it re-sized. When I went in everyone who works there was super helpful and actually suggested getting sizing beads instead because that better suited the shape of my finger. I was very appreciative that he was more concerned with what was best for the ring instead of just being concerned with getting my money. It seems like everyone there knows what they are talking about too. We We even bought our wedding bands from here too since they were so helpful. Great place, I highly recommend!

My fiancé and I visited several jewelers in Orlando to look at rings and nothing even came close to the personal touch, understanding and guidance of the amazing staff at Victoria's.
  The team at Victoria Jeweler was there to help my fiancé from my rudimentary specs of what I was looking for, to helping him stay within budget and the result was absolutely exactly what I had my heart set on.
  There are not enough kudos I could give to Victoria Jewelers!

My fiance and I have had the pleasure of working with the owner, Frank, and Wendy to design my engagement ring and our wedding bands. When my fiance found a unique design for a wedding band but wanted his to be even more unique, Frank had a sample band created for us to actually see, feel and touch. It convinced us that the final ring created by Victoria Jewelers would be perfect. You won't find this kind of customer service at the big box stores. If you're looking for outstanding customer service, excellent quality, unique designs and fair prices, stop in and say hello to Wendy at Victoria Jewelers; you'll be glad you did.

They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy! We ordered my engagement ring from a custom design they just happened to be making that was EXACTLY what I had in my head, my wedding band, and my husband's wedding band as well. I go back now about once a month for my ring to be checked and cleaned and am always greeted with a happy staff. Their prices are more than reasonable (really!) and their selection is just beautiful. I should note too that I still get stopped by strangers asking where my ring is from, I am always excited to tell them Victoria Jewelers- we are customers for life!!

  May I just say the this is hands down the best jewelry store in Orlando! They are actually located in Baldwin Park so I am not sure why it says "Winter Park". They can make just about anything and they can work in ANY budget! I love that if you go see frank and tell him your budget he will show you the absolute best that your budget will get you! No worrying about whether or not the diamond really is good quality.... they are completely up front and honest. He can also often beat others pricing for same quality! My ring was ordered in from an outside supplier and I kept losing small diamonds from the sides... every time Frank would replace them even thought he didn't make the ring! Finally he decided he wanted to remake the ring in house so that it was more sturdy. He did not charge us anything to do this... AND... he had me continue to wear the first ring that kept losing diamonds because he felt I should be able to show friends and family around the holidays.... all the while continuing to replace diamonds when i lost them until my new ring was made and perfect! I am happy to say I have not lost a single diamond from the one he made for me. I also pop in all the time and they clean my rings. They are just the best and I am soooo thrilled with the customer service, quality and value! Everyone should go here to at least talk to them about any type of Jewelry. If they don't have it (your price range or style) they have many vendor and books you can order from!

  We loved working with Frank and Wendy as they helped create a custom ring for our engagement. We also went a different route with the band selection and ended up with a set including earrings, ring and pendant which are so elegant. Frank and his team have the ability to listen and create a quality product.

  Our engagement ring was beyond perfect.
  An engagement ring is not something you just pick off a store shelf like bag of chips at the wal-mart, but apparently this is how most jewelers expect it to be done. Not here. Victoria Jewelers understands that this is not only a very large purchase, but a representation of a lifelong commitment. And the amount of effort that goes into the purchase will show how much effort you are willing to put into a marriage.
  
  My journey for the right engagement ring went from a very frustrating shopping experience with jewelers like Kay's, Zales, and Gordon's, and ended with the best shopping experience I have ever had with Victoria Jewelers.
  Here I was not met by a salesman hell bent on giving me something off the shelf that was out of my price range then convincing me to finance it.
  Instead, I was met by Chuck, a man who had only the intention of taking my taste, style, and preference, then crafting a ring perfectly that fit right into my budget.
  I started off with the disclaimer "no round cut, no princess cut, no white gold." And his response to my amazement was "no problem give me an idea of what you do like and we'll make it."
  Within days he had two newly ordered emerald cut diamonds and ring designs for me to choose from. Within 2 weeks this beautiful ring was on my new fiances finger, and a smile on her face.
  This is how business should be done.

  We could not be happier that we found Victoria Jewelers. It was important that we found a local, "neighborhood" jeweler who would work with us individually, providing excellent one-on-one service, and not sell some chain-store-assembly-line piece worn by thousands of others. Indeed, Karen's engagement ring that Wendy, Frank, Heather and the rest of the team at Victoria Jewelers helped design, along with John's wedding band and the cufflinks made from his grandmother's earrings and worn during the ceremony, could not be more PERFECT!   We could not be happier that we found Victoria Jewelers. It was important that we found a local, "neighborhood" jeweler who would work with us individually, providing excellent one-on-one service, and not sell some chain-store-assembly-line piece worn by thousands of others. Indeed, Karen's engagement ring that Wendy, Frank, Heather and the rest of the team at Victoria Jewelers helped design, along with John's wedding band and the cufflinks made from his grandmother's earrings and worn during the ceremony, could not be more PERFECT! My now husband purchased my engagement ring from here is it is so beautiful, I also have earrings, a bracelet and necklace from here as well. I cannot begin to tell you how many compliments I get on it. I purchased my husbands ring here as well!! They clean my ring every time I go in and they are always so friendly.

  My husband got my engagement ring there, and his family has been doing business with them for YEARS. They're a quality business run by quality people. No shadiness going on there. Very trustworthy, and the rings (wedding bands and engagement ring) are STUNNING! They're service is wonderful and their staff is great!

  Please go to this jeweler!! They are incredible! Very professional and excellent quality. My husband went into them with a vague idea of what he wanted and they helped him create a beautiful modern take on a vintage style ring. They custom made both my engagement ring and my wedding band.
