Located out of Louisville, Colorado, Verde is a food truck, restaurant, and wedding caterer. Born out of a desire to bring their favorite cuisine to the state, the company's owners craft dishes with an array of flavors. These dishes help not only satisfy guests' taste buds but also provide a colorful addition to your wedding reception.

Verde’s culinary creations focus on flavors inspired by Mexican and southwest cuisine. Selections include grilled produce expertly seasoned for maximum flavor paired with succulent meats. The company offers salad options to complement the taco selection as well as sides of beans and rice.

History

The idea for Verde came as the winter of 2010 settled in. A group of friends found themselves missing the Sonoran-style Mexican cuisine that they used to enjoy in Arizona. Throughout the wintery season, the group devised and trialed recipes and when spring emerged they had the foundation for their new business. After some brainstorming, they devised their ethos, which centers on kindness toward others, hard work, and a love for good food. This venture eventually expanded into a restaurant.
