My husband and I were lucky enough to have Jonathan Marquez from Venture Outbound as our videographer for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Jonathan truly exceeded our expectations in every way possible.


From the very beginning, Jonathan was super communicative, which immediately put us at ease during the wedding planning process. He has this bright and cheerful personality that's infectious, and it made working with him an absolute pleasure. What truly set Jonathan apart was how he went above and beyond to make us feel special. He would create these little videos to communicate with us throughout the entire process or at different milestones, which made us feel like we were his top priority.


On the big day, Jonathan was like the ultimate hype man. My bridesmaids couldn't stop raving about how he created such a positive and fun atmosphere. He gave me the confidence I needed to feel my best and helped me through some nervous moments on my wedding day. His presence alone was reassuring, but his kind words took it one step further.


When it comes to the quality of his work, "incredible" is an understatement. Jonathan collaborated seamlessly with his second videographer as well as our photographer, and the end product was nothing short of amazing. He even provided us with a teaser video that left us eagerly anticipating the full video.


When we finally watched the complete video, we were blown away. Jonathan had a way of capturing the essence of our special day, and every moment felt like it was alive again. We couldn't be happier with the end product, and it's something we will cherish forever.

Jonathan was such a fantastic videographer to work with for our wedding day. I highly recommend Venture Outbound. We had such a wonderful planning experience with him and love how our highlight video turned out. From my initial call with him about a year before the wedding to periodic check-ins and then creating a detailed timeline for the day-of plan (since we had a lot of factors like multiple locations, a classic car to take my husband and I from the church to the reception, several "first look" moments with family members, etc.), I appreciated Jonathan's dedication to our special day and really making the experience so positive. Jonathan and Venture Outbound provided us with so much more than a post-wedding memory bank. Firstly, Jonathan invested the time to become familiar with us both as individuals and as a couple to help develop a story and baseline for what moments we wanted in our video. Following our intake meeting, he would check in consistently on our planning progress, share his research on our venue, give feedback on any ideas and how it would impact his shots, and even provide suggestions for any element we were on the fence about being incorporated into our special day. Needless to say, having Jonathan on your team as you plan should be step one! 

As for the day of the wedding, Jonathan and his team were incredible at maintaining the excitement while seemingly capturing our every move so as to not miss a special moment. At times, it felt as though they were part of the bridal party with their positive and vibrant attitudes. Their work with our photographer and wedding coordinator was seamless and perhaps produced the most fun photo/video session that we will ever have. One of the most impressive aspects of the ceremony was how invisible they seemed yet did not miss capturing a single second of it. 

Where we were absolutely floored was when we received both the teaser and final video. That is where their attention to our needs was reflected. Our first dance was filmed perfectly and elegantly, our friends and family made it in ways we won't forget, and overall told the full story of the day we knew was perfect. From the very first call to the moment our final product was shared, Jonathan proved that he was a critical piece to our wedding in more ways than just being a videographer. We cannot recommend him and his team enough if you are looking for someone who can make the wedding planning process seem less hectic, produce beautifully crafted videos, and help you feel like your best selves come wedding day!

Nothing but absolutely amazing things to say about Venture Outbound. Things can be stressful planning a wedding, and especially with Covid throwing a curveball into things. Jonathan was there for us the entire time, always checking in to help us stay on time with things and providing us with thorough questionnaires to make sure he has everything he needs to capture all of the important aspects in our wedding. 2 years of postponements and we have finally had our wedding and recieved our video (sooner than expected!). My wife couldn't stop sobbing, the video was better than we could have ever imagined!

It wasn't just the video itself that stood out. The day of, Venture Outbound was so much fun to work with, and got so many amazing shots throughout the wedding. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!
