We hired Ventana Stories originally due to the wonderful value they offered in their package for our wedding in Punta de Mita, NAY. They were the only part of wedding planning that we felt calm & confident with from start to finish. Leading up to the day, they made us feel not like clients but like friends, and they made sure to learn what our exact vision was for our wedding photos/video by having us make a Pinterest board, hosting video calls and having us fill out a very detailed questionnaire. They even told us they had 3 pre-wedding meetings just to brainstorm ideas for our wedding! This is so rare in a vendor. We loved that Hector and Sarah are a young couple with a story similar to ours, which made us connect with them right away.

Now for the big day! Sarah & Hector brought with them Jorge, Jose and Ramon. We got 2 videographers, 2 photographers and drone operation, a HUGE asset to a wedding package!! Not only did Hector and Sarah beyond exceed our expectations but their team was just as incredible too. From the moment shooting began, my bridesmaids and I felt so comfortable, happy and calm. They helped me pose, directed me in each shot, and HYPED ME UP like I was the most beautiful bride ever!!!!! Everyone could see the true passion and excitement in their eyes from the moment they arrived. They made it so easy for me to feel comfortable and beautiful in front of the camera. My husband, our wedding party and family felt the exact same way. They made taking photos for 5 hours feel like a walk in the park. They easily directed 20 wedding party members how they needed them while making it fun for all.

I cannot say enough about the ceremony and reception!!!!! We have only received our sneak peaks and wow I can’t imagine what the rest will hold. This team was happily DIVING on the floor for a good shot, running around to catch the light at the perfect angle, all while making us laugh and have the best day ever. Our guests literally could not stop talking about how impressed they were with the team and neither can we!!! They managed to capture the entire day and specifically the reception without you even noticing they were there.

On top of the absolutely outstanding service they delivered on our wedding day, the sneak peak photos are literally PERFECTION!!! I expected beautiful photos, but I never expected the level of attention, detail, and consideration for our vision that they provided. They truly know how to make a couple feel like models, especially knowing that we don’t consider ourselves photogenic. They perfectly captured the happiness, beauty, peace and love that flowed through our day. They perfectly captured the exact vibe and vision we were going for and utilized our beautiful venue to their advantage. Our jaws dropped when we saw the first photo.

I could literally write a novel about them in hopes to convince every couple getting married in the area to HIRE VENTANA STORIES!!!! You will not find a better value and quality for your money (trust me we looked)….but most importantly you will not find a team as personable, kind, genuine and passionate as Ventana Stories. What is even better is that they are not American photographers taking advantage of destination weddings, they are a young couple (& team) who are hard working citizens.

I could not recommend this team enough!!!! Do yourself a HUGE FAVOUR and hire Ventana Stories for your wedding!!! You don’t even need to look at others!!! This is the best you will find!

For final context, we hired them for 10 hours on our wedding day and had 5 people total from their team. We paid a bit extra for all of the raw footage and wow we can’t wait to see everything!!! You would think their sneak peak alone is a fully edited wedding gallery.

I can not say enough good things about this team. Not only is their work incredible, but their such a warm group, fun, and so talented. My guests even made comments about how much they loved having them at my wedding events. My wedding planner was horrible, and there were times where my photographers and videographers swooped into save me, even bustling my dress when my planner was no where to be found. Aside from this, they really listened to what I wanted and they over delivered incredible photos and videos! They didn’t stop until I got exactly what I wanted, and I can be particular :) THANK YOU!!! I can’t speak highly enough! For such an important event, they really captured the weekend in such a special way that I will cherish forever. I really appreciate everything they did!

If I could give Ventana Stories 100 stars I would. I recently got married in Punta Mita and Ventana Stories was our videographer. Last minute, our wedding day was rescheduled due to Hurricane Lidia and Ventana Stories was flexible, there by our side to help in anyway we needed, and showed up when we last minute moved our wedding day and everything else with only a 24 hour notice. Not to mention, when they showed up they were a dream team. They were personally there to film our special moments, but they did so much more than that. The team helped us look and feel our best, reminded us why we were there in the first place, and felt like family in the span of 10 hours together. They calmed us down in the midst of what felt like chaos and got us our teaser video back so quickly to help add happiness to what felt like a week of craziness and their work is absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend them enough and am SOOO happy we had them apart of our wedding day. THANK YOU!!!!

Hector was our photographer and we couldn’t have had a better experience. He gave us a great location and we had a beautiful shoot. He was very professional as well as accommodating. He was willing to work with our schedule and we were very fortunate to have found him.

The Ventana Stories team is the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We virtually met several times to talk about our vision, shared Pinterest inspo, and went over details. We asked if they could take film-style photos and they delivered! Going above and beyond our expectations. Every single moment was captured so beautifully in our wedding video and photos. They made us feel so comfortable and natural in front of the camera. It felt like the whole team was there as our guests and we even got to dance with the entire crew during the party. One of the second shooters even got in on a dance battle. It was so awesome to see and be part of. We had a great experience working with Hector and Sarah. They worked both our rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony/reception. They were prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. They made time to meet with us via zoom a few times before our arrival in PV. We gave them a general vision of what we wanted in our video and they absolutely nailed it! Super friendly team, attentive, and responsive. Could not have picked a better videographer to capture our wedding experience. Highly recommend!!!!
