We had such an amazing experience working with Hugo as our wedding videographer. From the very beginning, he was professional, easy to communicate with, and really took the time to understand what we wanted for our special day. On the wedding day, Hugo made us feel so comfortable and captured everything so naturally—we barely even noticed the camera at times. He has such a calm and easygoing presence, which made a huge difference in helping us just be in the moment and enjoy our day. When we received our video, we were honestly blown away. Hugo perfectly captured all the emotions, little details, and special moments that we’ll cherish forever. It felt so personal and truly reflected us as a couple. On top of all that, his pricing was incredibly reasonable for the quality of work he delivers. We feel so lucky to have found him. We would absolutely recommend Hugo to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and genuinely caring videographer!

I was always very nervous of hiring a videographer that I’ve never met before! I had a thousand questions running through my head.. how will they know what I like? What if they don’t capture the right moments? What if I feel uncomfortable in front of them and it shows on the video? Well all I can say is, I have found a life long friend in Ken Brownlee. He made my whole wedding day even more perfect than I could have imagined by capturing every little detail! He was so friendly and understanding (we got married during the beginning of a confirmed global pandemic and he still made the effort to travel to us and film our day without even mentioning the forbidden C word!!) and also took time to get to know us both in order to really make sure our wedding video showed the chemistry between us both! He provided me with my short film and first dance video super quick. My full length wedding video wasn’t going to be shipped out to me until the following week but on the morning of my birthday, Ken surprised me with a private link to our video so that I could watch it on my birthday! Such a thoughtful idea by him and I will never forget the length of kindness he went to in order to make my wedding day and my birthday so special! Thank you for all your hard work Ken, you have given me memories that I will cherish for a lifetime!

I have never seen wedding videos like theirs. They are truly pieces of art and so unique. I couldn’t recommend them more. There was a bit of a delay on receiving the videos but Ricardo always let me know before I had to ask that it was taking a little longer and it was absolutely worth the wait.

3R Memories did such an incredible job capturing the emotion and overall feel of our wedding day. Raul and his team worked quietly in the background, capturing every special moment without ever taking our attention away from being present and celebrating our day. The drone footage is absolutely stunning and adds such a beautiful, cinematic touch to the videos. Everything was put together so thoughtfully, and the way our video tells the story of the day feels so natural and true to us. We were also so impressed with how quickly everything was delivered. Getting our trailer the very next day was such a special surprise, and receiving the full video just two weeks later was amazing. We are so grateful to have these memories captured so perfectly. They were professional, kind, and truly worth every penny.

If there is one thing you spend money on for your wedding, it is hiring Graham and his crew. He perfectly captured the vibe of our wedding and each little detail. When we got our wedding video back, my husband and I were in tears and to be honest still to this day (almost a year later) I will randomly watch it and I am still in tears. We got married in Sayulita at Don Pedro’s Brisa Mar Palapa, so when we got back to Chicago we shared our wedding video at our celebration in town and everyone was either in tears or just blown away – they’d never seen a wedding video produced so beautifully. Graham was very responsive when I was booking him, for some reason I was very confused about the packages and we was patient in going back and forth with me via email to explain any confusion. We didn’t have much communication between booking and until about a week before our wedding. As scheduled graham and his crew showed up on time. We had them at two locations – getting ready with the men and the ladies. *MUST HAVE*: Add on the drone to your package. The drone work that Graham does is incredible and captured the views of each special location. Graham worked very well with our photographer and mostly just stayed out of her way, yet if she found a cool shot, Graham would be inspired to get it on film too. He was so laidback, and the entire experience was wonderful. I found him through a recommendation from our photographer, who had worked with him once before, but after watching his videos on his vimeo channel – it was a wrap. I recommend you look at a few different videos, because each one is unique to the couples’ vibes and personalities.

Sandra was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. She even proactively set up a Zoom to walk through our timeline, offering helpful suggestions on things we hadn’t considered—like when to mic up and how to pace the day so it didn’t feel rushed. She just got our vision without us having to over-explain anything. On the wedding day, she brought such a calm, grounding energy that made a huge difference. With everything going on, she was a steady, reassuring presence while still capturing every meaningful moment. Nothing ever felt staged or intrusive—just natural, genuine storytelling. What really drew us to Sandra is her ability to tell a story. She somehow captures not just how the day looks, but exactly how it feels—the emotion, the energy, and all the little in-between moments. It truly feels like we get to relive the best day of our lives over and over. If you’re looking for someone who is not only incredibly talented but also a joy to have around on such an important day, Sandra is it. We feel so lucky to have had her be part of our wedding.

I can't even explain how satisfied we are with RC Storytellers. The entire team team went above and way beyond EXCELLENCE with our wedding Photograpy and Videography. From initial contact, months before our wedding, they were prompt to respond, very professional and extremely helpful. When wedding day finally arrived, every single aspect of our photography/videography/drone experience went off without a single hitch and with such CLASS!!! The whole team was very engaging and my wedding party and guests LOVED THEM!!! I would recommend them 1000 times!!! I can not say enough good things about this team. Not only is their work incredible, but their such a warm group, fun, and so talented. My guests even made comments about how much they loved having them at my wedding events. My wedding planner was horrible, and there were times where my photographers and videographers swooped into save me, even bustling my dress when my planner was no where to be found. Aside from this, they really listened to what I wanted and they over delivered incredible photos and videos! They didn’t stop until I got exactly what I wanted, and I can be particular :) THANK YOU!!! I can’t speak highly enough! For such an important event, they really captured the weekend in such a special way that I will cherish forever. I really appreciate everything they did!

Alma did an incredible job with our wedding video. Her vision and interpretation of our special day was more magical than I remembered it. It matches exactly how I felt it went. She was extremely responsive and professional through the entire process. We are so thrilled with the outcome. I highly, highly recommend her.
