Go to/Call Van’s bakery and ask for Andrew or Amanda, sometime they have family member looking after the store who doesn’t speak good English. But first thing first, our wedding cake is simply AMAZING !!! They offer great price, design flexibly, and they executed everything perfectly. The cake tasting is very fun. I tried 9 flavors and honestly there are so many delicious flavor, it was a hard decision.

The final wedding cake is so delicious! I absolutely loved the fresh strawberry mousse shortcake. I had three servings at my wedding and I missed it so much afterwards, I ordered it again in a month for my birthday.

I originally had gone to the other bakery in Lion Plaza that also does beautiful, tasty wedding cakes. However, due to their unresponsiveness and unwillingness to work the day of my wedding, we promptly left.

We walked over to Van's Bakery, and said we needed a wedding cake. They pulled out their binders of cakes and let me go wild picking whatever I want. Pricing is very upfront - it is on each page. Price is per CAKE and not per SLICE, which was extremely helpful in keeping costs down.

I found the cake I wanted, and told her I wanted to add red ribbon on the cake. She didn't have the ribbon I wanted, but she said to bring it in, and she will put it on the cake. My cake looked GORGEOUS and exactly like the picture.

The filling we added were custard and strawberry cream. Fresh fruit costs more. There is a $60.00 charge for the legs in the cake, but this is refundable if you return the legs to the store. The cake was delivered on time and set up beautifully at our venue. It was pretty tasty too, the little bit that I got to eat the day of and what I heard from the guests.
