Most of my then fiancee's communication with the company was done over the phone as the company is located in California and we are in NY. Larry Van Craeynest himself spoke to him numerous times over the phone and you could tell he was genuinely interested in helping us. We were also able to communicate through email regarding the specifics of the rings, the sizing and then later free resizing as well.

My husband worked with Larry Van Craeynest to create my engagement ring and our wedding bands. All are beautiful and I get comments on my wedding band and ring all the time. His ring styles are more vintage but if that's not your style, he's a talented designer and can work with you to customize designs depending on what you are looking for. When we visited, Larry even showed us around his factory where he makes his rings and other jewelry, an amazing experience in itself!
