CEO and Creative Director Lotoya Vongrechin founded the company in 2008 after leaving her career as a successful mechanical engineer. She chose to pursue her dream of creating customized weddings for her clients, and is excited to help people throw the party of their dreams.

Hands down the most professional and attentive Wedding Coordination in town! Lotoya and her staff make sure to listen and execute your desires to the smallest detail. They have great input and you will not have to worry about anything falling through the cracks. They will even work with the DIY bride who wants to be hands on, but cannot and should not be the go-to person on her wedding day. When you feel you are the only one that can get the job done, trust the event plans and details to Lotoya and V Agency Events!!
