I hired Utopia salon to come to my wedding venue and do mine and 8 other people's hair (my bridesmaids, mothers and grandmother of the bride). From the start of my experience with them when I went in for my bridal trial session, Jody was very friendly and was adamant about making sure I was happy with my hair. She even has a policy that if her bride doesn't like her hair after the trial session, she will keep doing trials until the bride is happy with no extra charge. The other ladies who came the day of the wedding to do my bridesmaids hair were also friendly and had suggestions for my girls who didn't know what to do with their hair. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because they were about 30 minutes late arriving to the venue, which gave me a tiny bit of a fright that we would get behind because there were so many of us getting our hair done. However they pulled through and everybody's hair was done with some time to spare.

When I found myself without a hair stylist a week and a half before my wedding, I contacted Utopia and they were able to fit me in the schedule for both a trial styling and the styling the morning of the wedding. Jody did a great job and after the trial, she listend to what I liked and didn't like and was able to give me the perfect hair style for my big day.
