From the very first phone call, I knew without a doubt that Jen would be the florist for our November wedding in La Quinta, CA. Throughout the entire planning process, including my many changes to mood boards & color palettes, she was the picture of patience and worked with me through every single detail. The florals for our wedding day were ABSOLUTE MAGIC. She absolutely nailed my vision in every way, honestly, she exceeded all expectations. Not only do her passion, creativity, and talent shine through in all of her work, but she makes a conscience effort in all aspects of her company to offset the unavoidable ‘waste’ that comes with the floral industry. She works with local vendors, using blooms in season, and is able to create installations without the use of floral foam, and other environmentally toxic products. That to me, really set Urban Marigold apart from so many others in the floral world. Fast forward to our big day, and Jen was there through it all! She personally delivered the bouquets for my bridesmaids where we were getting ready, and then waited at our venue to move our ceremony florals to our reception space. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people we worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process, and we are just so grateful that we happened upon Urban Marigold.

I had the absolute best experience working with Jen for my wedding florals! Jen was so kind, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand my wedding vision and was so patient with me as I changed my direction a few times throughout the wedding planning process. Jen is a DREAM to work with! Right from the start with our very first phone call, she was very communicative and patient. She made it so easy to share our vision with her. She is so thoughtful and detailed oriented in creating her mood boards, which made it super easy to trust her with our florals. She is also just a thoughtful and kind person all-around. Holy Moly, Jen is amazing! She worked with my now husband and I through TWO postponements because of Covid and then when the actual wedding day finally came, she pulled off the most flawless and beautiful florals ever. Jen softened up our industrial concrete jungle venue with the most glorious mix of white, peach, pink and mauve flowers. From the ceremony flower pieces on either side of my husband and I, to the sweetheart table and small Ikebana style centerpieces on each table, it was all absolutely dreamy. Jen is not a traditional florist. She knows her stuff and very much keeps up with the trends. Pretty sure she can make any vision come to life. It's also an added bonus that she's just a lovely person as well and easy to work with! I recommend her 100%!!!

If I could hire Jen to dress my home with flowers everyday I would. We had nothing but an excellent experience with Urban Marigold! After having to cancel our wedding for the third time, we decided to elope. I was kind of down about it because it wasn't what I had planned but I found Urban Marigold on Instagram and really liked the look so I thought I'd reach out. Jen set up a call with me right away and we connected immediately. She was SO accommodating during the entire planning process and responded very quickly every time I reached out with a question or ideas. On the day of my wedding, I barely saw her (because she set up so quickly and was in and out!) but upon seeing my ceremony space and bouquet, I instantly felt like I was at my WEDDING. The simple and thoughtful touches she added to my ceremony pieces and my bouquet literally made my day. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

My now husband and I married in Aug 2020 (amidst all of the covid-19 chaos) and could not have picked a better florist to work with. Jen/Urban Marigold is all the things you hope all your vendors will be: prompt, professional, extremely creative and talented, patient and fairly priced. We had a smaller ceremony planned and Jen was able to execute everything beyond my expectations from beginning to end. If you are like me, you are spending A LOT of time looking over pictures, proposal and options to make sure you’re making the right choice and it fits into your budget. Working with Jen is absolute dream! Her talent, creativity, skill and enthusiasm show in everything that she does, and she helped bring our floral vision to life for our wedding day (despite my not-so-specific direction and inability to make decisions!). She is incredibly communicative, flexible and supportive, and worked well with all of our vendors, which is such a joy when you're juggling what can feel like a million things. Jen understands how to tie everything together through color, design, shape and texture - her work is modern and unique, and she goes above and beyond for her clients. She even came to us with some additional color and design suggestions as we finalized our table set-up, venue decor, bridesmaid dress colors, etc., and it made all the difference in the final look. I couldn't believe my eyes when I walked into our venue for the first time. It was better than anything we could've imagined!

Urban Marigold did a such a beautiful job with the floral arrangements for my wedding. Jen was so easy to work with and really listened and understood what I wanted. She captured my vision and heightened it by 10 fold with her artistic and creative vision. From the bouquets to table arrangements to arch installment-everything was so gorgeous. Jen’s love of her work really shows in her designs. I can’t wait for my next fancy event so I can book her again!

Jen was absolutely AMAZING!! The
Concept for my wedding was pretty different then most and my biggest fear while selecting all of my vendors was being able to find someone that I trusted to bring my vision to life while living on the opposite coast of where my ever was taking place! Well, I didn’t even feel the need to interview another florist. After speaking with Jen on the phone I knew she immediately understood and gave her complete trust to get me there. We had a video chat about a month out and she showed me a mock up and was totally open to me tweaking things a bit so last minute. SO EASY to work with. And of course, she showed up and delivered everything I dreamed of on my special day. Seriously best florist ever!!!
