Melissa was absolutely AMAZING to work with for my wedding makeup!!! She is SO talented with creating makeup that looks natural, yet elevated, so that you feel yourself on your wedding day! I knew I wanted to book Melissa right away as I often go to her shop, Urban Beauty Lounge, for all beauty needs (eyebrows, spray tans, etc.). My mom, sister, and I all love Urban Beauty Lounge and always highly recommend them for any skin care or beauty needs as all their estheticians are very talented! Leading up to the wedding, Melissa was great with booking makeup trials for both my engagement shoot and my bridal shower so I knew she was going to kill it for the day of the wedding! She was great at communicating over email on timing & scheduling and made it so easy to plan out! The day of the wedding, she brought along another amazingly talented esthetician, Chelsea, and the two of them were both very professional and wonderful to work with on the morning of the wedding! My bridesmaids/MOB/MOG all loved their makeup, I even had one friend who ended up booking Melissa for her own wedding after she had her bridesmaids makeup done! Since I am someone who doesn’t really know much about makeup, I was so happy to have booked with Melissa because I knew I could trust her to make me and my girls look fabulous on my wedding day!!!

I would recommend Melissa, owner of Urban Beauty Lounge to anyone!! Melissa is amazing!! I have been going to Melissa for all my beauty needs for more than 7 years, so when it was time to choose my makeup artist for our wedding, it was no suprise I went to her :) Melissa is extremely knowlegable and you can tell her takes such pride in her work!! My makeup was flawless for our wedding! And most importanly, I did not feel like I had pounds of makeup on! I can not say enough good things about Melissa and her work!! I would HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding day in addition to all the pre-wedding prep :)
