I said yes to the dress! It was the very last one I tried on and it wasn't even a wedding dress! I feel in love immediately and knew that was it. And within budget!

Although Universe Bride was a bit of a drive from Columbus, my mom convinced me to go after going to a few bridal salons in Columbus and not being able to afford what I wanted. Universe Bride was amazing! The selection of dresses that they have is unbelievable and I ended up finding the perfect dress for about half the price! Ordering and pickup was easy, and my veil was actually shipped to me so that I didn't have to make the drive another time, after picking up my dress. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends to make the drive up!

This company was great. All the employees there are quite helpful and responsive. They were very flexible with payments and getting all my bridesmaids into their dresses without visiting the shop. I love my dress and the service that I received.

I always love Unusual Junction!! I bought my prom dress here my senior year and knew that I had to go back for my wedding dress!! I found the perfect dress and for a reasonable price!! My only complaint is that they said they would call me when my dress came in and then they never did. When I called them to see what happened, they were kind of rude and kept saying they called us when they clearly didn't. Overall a good experience though. The staff here is super nice!!

This shop has TONS and I mean tons of dresses. There are so many options, it is definitely a good place to try on every style you can think of! We had tried to make an appointment, but over the phone they told us to just come in. I wish we would of had an appointment because I feel we would have been focused on perhaps a bit more. The consultants were very friendly, but had multiple brides which made it kind of difficult to have focused attention. While it is great they have so many dresses to choose from, the racks are so full that it makes it difficult to go through them and really see the dress. They had great sales and discounts happening when we were there which I appreciated. Overall it is a great bridal dress shop just needs a bit more individual focus and less crowded.

I found my dream dress here, and that's all because the girls working there helped me find a dress that I kept describing and made my wishes come true! It was amazing!

When I went to usual junction to buy my wedding dress, I was pleased overall with the experience. They offer 10% of bridesmaid dresses when you purchase the wedding dress with them. When we went back to pick out bridesmaid dresses, I was very displeased. There was one woman out of the bunch who was very helpful, but she was bouncing between so many different brides and prom dress shoppers that we did not get adequate service. We bought 5 dresses, so I would have thought a purchase that large would have been important to the shop, but it took almost an hour for us to find out which dresses would come in the color we were looking for. In the end we all loved our dresses and the quality was great. I would imagine it is best to shop here as far away from prom season as possible. It may also be best to avoid Saturdays. When I bought my dress, they were not as busy and I was much happier with that experience.

I went here to buy my wedding dress. I scheduled my appointment for a Saturday morning and was told the day before that I could only have a certain number of people there to help me find my dress. I had gone over that number because I had two bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother in law! They tried to accommodate us the day of the appointment by putting us in the section with the prom dresses. It was awful! They overbooked appointments for the day which meant that the girl that was supposed to help me find the most important dress of my life pulled maybe one dress for me to try on. We ended up finding all the dresses that I tried on and eventually found one. I seriously do not recommend this business. When I called to check on the status of my dress (they had to order it) they said that I didn't even order one and they couldn't find it. It took an extra week for them to find my dress.. worst experience ever.
