My fiancee wanted a custom suit for the wedding, and was interested in visiting Umberto's as it is a local business. I don't think I can do this place justice in a review, but I will try. The professionalism and dedication to customer service is unparalleled. The owner (Mr. Aurore?) came over and introduced himself to us, and Tom asked us questions about our special day before getting started. Tom is truly gifted at what he does, and makes you feel wonderful in the process. After discussing customized suit options, we were honest with him about our budget, and he helped us find a suit that we could alter. He was truly interested in what we were looking for, and I felt like he was committed to helping us realize that vision every step of the way. I felt comfortable asking about sales and Yelp offers (that is a big deal to me). We have selected the suit (literally everything from head to toe) and placed our order, and will be back shortly for alterations. We received an exceptional value, and are utterly grateful to Umberto's.

Umberto's has been an icon in Long Beach for over 50 years. We like to support local businesses. So when it came time to rent a tux for the wedding, we decided on Umberto's. Tom does all of the tuxedo fittings and he has worked there for over 26 years. We were very impressed by the service. They treat you like family.

On the day the tuxedos arrived, there was a mix up in the color of the pants. Tom took care of it right away and had new pants delivered the next morning. He also made sure that everything fit perfectly. You want to look good on your wedding day, right?
