We have used the ultimate cheesecake bakery for all three of our kids weddings. The cake is by far one of the best tasting wedding cakes ever, moist and delicious!
They are so easy to work with and the price is very reasonable. Can't wait to be in town during the holidays and order cake for the family. We are adding them to our must haves at the holidays since all the weddings are behind us.

I was a guest at a wedding in San Antonio a year before my own wedding. I was blown away by the bride's cake and could not forget the moist, flavorful, and perfect density of the cake. I was continuously disappointed as I began sampling cakes in Houston for my own wedding. I could not find something that could compare to my friend's cake from the Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery. I contacted the bakery and shared with him my dilemma. My parents (living in San Antonio) sat down with the baker and worked out a plan to bring my cake from San Antonio to Houston. The Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery made our wedding cake and two grooms cakes for our wedding June 2, 2012 at Los Encinos Hill Country Estate. The wedding cake was white cake with raspberry and raspberry cream filling. The first groom's cakes was carrot cheesecake and the other was the tuxedo cheesecake. They were so delicious! Our family and friends are still raving about them. Thank you for delicious and beautiful cakes and outstanding service!!

For a set price we got to design and decorate our cakes however we wanted to!! The quality of the cake speaks for itself. It is delicious..!! They were beautiful and elegant. Speak with Thomas! His wife decorates the cakes and is amazingly talented!

My wedding cake totally blew everyone away! Absolutely delicious and gorgeous. I would use them again in a heart beat! It looked like a cake of off one of the fancy TV shows. Every layer was a different shape with a different design. 6 tiers of mouth watering goodness!

Love the owners they were great. I have never like Tres Leches before but theirs were so good that that's what we picked for our wedding cake.

We were really impressed with this company after our initial visit, and we found out they not only did the cake for Jenna Bush's wedding, they also do cakes for lots of the Spurs players who live locally. I can see why they are so popular; the cake was a BIG HIT at the wedding, and everyone wanted to know where they could go to order more.

The ultimate cheesecake bakery made a very delicious and beautiful wedding cake for my family!

The wedding cake was unique on every layer and allowed me to do some layers one type of cake, while allowing one layer to be carrot since this was my favorite. I also had a cake topper with a few special request and they were able to accommodate all of them.

Another nice thing about the cheesecake bakery is I did not have to save my top layer of my cake since they will save my information and remake it for my one my one year anniversary, making our special day taste fresh and yummy!

To this day I am still getting compliments on how good the cake was.
