My husband and I were one of those budget-conscious couples in planning our wedding who, when asked if we wanted to consider a videographer, immediately dismissed this idea as something that we did not need and certainly did not want to increase our budget for. Well after booking Giselle, I can confidently say that not having this tangible story of our day on film would have been my biggest regret!
From the first time we Skyped with Giselle throughout the entire process, we could not be happier with her work. My husband was very concerned that she would capture embarrassing and overly personal aspects of our day, but everything she captured (even down to the raw footage) was totally classy and, on an even more impressive note, totally representative of us and our friends and family. Throughout the process Giselle was prompt and professional in her communication and contracting, and she was warm, creative, and supportive of our desires for our film. On the actual wedding day, she was scarce and we barely noticed her, yet somehow she managed to capture the most amazing details of our day that we would have not otherwise gotten to see.
The main thing I want to people to know is that Giselle's films are not the typical "back of the room" wedding video. She gets up close and personal (though not too close!) and captures moments in a way that somehow bring out the uniqueness and personality of each wedding. Needless to say, our film is INCREDIBLE and it exceeded all of our expectations. We are so happy to have this product as a way to relive our day PLUS it is the best and much more interactive way to share our event with family/friends, much better than sitting through a slideshow of photos. This is not just a wedding video, it is the story of our day from beginning to end, and we could not be more satisfied with how it turned out.
