Leah organized our 20-year high school reunion party and I can’t recommend her enough! She stays so calm under pressure and respectfully listens to ideas while also adding input on what is best, given her years of expertise. It’s the little things that matter, such as sending calendar invites for virtual meetings, that she does automatically that helped us stay organized. I’ll never forget how she stayed up until 12:45am to make sure our logo for the photobooth was perfect! There was a lot of back and forth with the designer, but she kept at it until our vision was executed. The company she recommended we cater from was excellent, and we had go die for desserts as well. Leah thinks of EVERYTHING. She is so organized and knowledgeable, down to every last detail or question you have. Eight months before our wedding we had several calls with wedding planners to get some help with our 80 person backyard wedding in June. My husband found Two Perfect Events via a reddit rec. We spoke to Leah directly and immediately hoped we could work with TPE because Leah took the time to listen to all of our wants/needs no matter how crazy they seemed to us. We could tell she has a kind/chill personality and has truly "seen it all" with her years of experience in the industry and we were so right!

The wedding itself was a dream. Because Leah thinks of literally everything we truly had all the bases covered, so we could enjoy and cherish every moment without thinking about any of the planning or details. Between a shuttle, on-site catering, the flower girls forgetting their dresses across the country, and the cops showing up (a guest pocket-called 911 by accident and Leah very graciously handled it, but we like to pretend they came because it was such a good party!...) Leah and Justine took care of everything and we didn't find out about any small hiccups until a few days later!.

The coolest thing about Two Perfect Events is that they want your wedding to be whatever YOU want. If you say you like/dislike x,y,z, they will respect your wishes and support your decision completely, no questions asked. We were never worried about bringing an idea to Leah and her team because of this, and in my opinion it's the most important quality to find in a planning team like TPE.

We found TPE through Yelp and are so glad we chose Leah. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, matching our energy and preferences perfectly to bring our vision of a cozy, laid-back celebration to life. Her planning templates made the process effortless, and her guidance was invaluable every step of the way.
On the wedding day, Leah and Leo went above and beyond - even replacing centerpieces I had misplaced. They kept the timeline on track and handled every detail, from securing gifts to ensuring everything ran smoothly. This allowed us to fully enjoy our celebration without a single worry.
Leah helped us design a day that truly represented us - nerdy, cozy, and unique. From a special ceremony in the Cal Academy Planetarium to a cocktail hour in the aquarium and dinner in the atrium, it was seamless. All of the vendors she recommended were professional, approachable, and a delight to work with. We and our guests had an amazing time, and we are so grateful to Leah for making our day truly special!

Worked with Two Perfect Events for a wedding at the Kohl's Mansion in Burlingame, and I can say that it was such a seamless experience for us -- meaning that if they know how to work with all these different kinds of vendors, then as a client, you can rest assured that you're in good hands.

There was clear communication before the event, and on the day of, Leah was able to show us where to go and was available for any questions that came up, so we were able to set up seamlessly. The night was a success, and the guests loved our claw machine.

They also took it a step further to help capture some of the memorable moments from the night to share with us. We didn't ask for it, but it was such an awesome gesture, and we really appreciated that!
