I found my dream wedding dress at Twirl! My original plan was just to browse before going to another appointment at a different bridal boutique, which I ended up cancelling because I found exactly what I didn't even know I was looking for at Twirl! My appointment was at noon on a Monday, and my consultant, Nicole, was AMAZING! She was SO patient and honest with me as I tried on nearly every dress in the store. I truly felt like she listened to me and understood what I was wanting. She even encouraged me to try on various styles of gowns to help me figure out what I felt best in. Because of her, I was able to find the most beautiful gown that was within my budget. I would HIGHLY recommend checking them out!

I had a very interesting dress journey over 2 years with rescheduling because of covid and falling in love with a other dress. These girls were absolute angels and were kind, helpful, and non pressuring throughout the entire experience! I drove down from the toledo area and I would 100% do it again

My best friend had found her dress here years ago & had the best experience so I knew I had to try it out. It was worth every single mile and minute!

I was given their consultant, Jessica and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. She made me feel so comfortable and was so easily able to help me make decisions about styles I liked and disliked. She literally helped me find my dream dress. In such a short time of knowing me, she was able to read my body language and my facial expressions about dresses and knew how I felt about each individual dress before even I did! She is so so good at her job! I can't say it enough!

Not only was the in-person experience more than I could've ever wished for, they were great even before I stepped into the salon! About a week or two out from my appointment, I received a text from one of their workers (Sam) regarding my appointment. She was beyond helpful in answering all of my questions. She also let me know about their "upgraded experience" which included mimosas, several snacks, both salty and sweet, a super cute Mrs. wine tumbler and my own little goodie bag with a robe, a shirt, and several other items. Worth the extra money for all you get!

Bottom line, if you're in Ohio or willing to travel, THIS IS THE SALON TO GO TO! You will not be disappointed. I cannot thank Twirl enough for the wonderful experience.

Twirl was an adorable boutique located in a small town of Ohio. The service I received was excellent. There was a good selection of dresses in my price range. My dress arrived early with the bridesmaid dresses. My dress fit nearly perfect with minimal alterations required. The one issue we had were bridesmaid sizing. With out of town bridesmaids, the dresses were ordered based on measurements and most of the dresses were too large and could have been ordered a size smaller costing the girls extra in alterations. Everything else about Twirl was a perfect experience.

I can't thank the ladies at Twirl enough! If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have been able to wear my dream dress. Long story short my wedding was set for May 30, 2019 on November 2, 2018 my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer... My now husband and I decided to move our wedding up. My dress had been ordered and was not due to arrive until April. Sam, Grace and so many other of the AMAZING ladies worked tirelessly with the designer and were able to get the dress I picked out rush delivered and it arrived in enough time to get all necessary alterations done and we had an amazing wedding! I can not even being to describe how eternally grateful we are for what they did for us!
