Allyson Clark from Trouvere was wonderful during for our wedding. Over the course of many months, the communication was great, and she helped us pick the perfect three songs for our reception, including learning a new song. She arrived with her accompaniment early and started the prelude right on time. The violin and cello performance was beautiful, and the songs were flawless. Trouvere provided the perfect ambiance before, during, and after the ceremony - highly recommended.

Initially, I felt as if I had found a wonderful vendor. I thought the videos of them playing was very good. At the wedding, due to being so busy as the bride, I don't recall much about their playing, however my guests informed me that they found it good.

We did not hear anything from our vendor the day of the wedding, she appeared to be very nice and in good spirits!
So, we were very shocked to come back from our honeymoon to a letter in the mail from a lawyer. There was an accident caused by one of our wedding guests, and instead of personally messaging us about it, this vendor decided to send a threatening letter from a lawyer. We were disappointed she decided to communicate this issue to us in this manner, and we would have preferred to not be threatened by litigation. That issue was resolved, but it still left us with a bad taste in our mouths. I would have chosen a different vendor if I knew this was her preferred method of resolving problems.

Like most people, we aren't used to legal threats, so this action caused us to be very distressed after our wedding. This is why I'm leaving a low rating. If she had communicated differently or brought up the issue to us in a different manner, most likely my review would be positive.
