We are getting married at The White Room Rooftop & the Reception is immediately following in The Loft. The ceremony starts at 10:30 am on July 1st which is a Saturday and in St Augustine it is considered a 3 day weekend even though the 4th is on a Tuesday because of the Fireworks display they put on over the Bridge of Lions every year. So it was hard to find a venue, it was to find a block of hotel rooms - and if you are familiar with the downtown area of St Augustine at all you know there is NO parking at all. So when I chose The White Room for my venue we knew we would have to provide parking one way or another. Sarah my Rep at the White Room told me about the Episcopal Church and that they some times rent out their parking lot on Saturdays for wedding parties. So I called and talked to a Heather and was successful in renting the lot for the day - so our guests can park for the wedding and enjoy the City of St Augustine for the afternoon as well. Very accommodating and nice.
