I cannot recommend Tri-Star Catering enough! I was slightly hesitant to book with them for my wedding due to the lack of reviews but I'm so happy we did. When I started getting quotes from the typical wedding catering companies I was literally shocked at how much money they wanted. And believe me - I love to spend money on nice food.

Then I talked to Phillip at Tri-Star and he was so reasonable and willing to work with us. He accommodated the (many) changes that I had to the menu and was so easy to work with throughout the entire process. He also didn't try to upsell us or push us to add unnecessary things to the menu.

The food itself was great. Everyone LOVED the lyonnaise potatoes and all of the mini desserts. The service was also impeccable.

Another big plus is that they offer BYOB so you can go and buy your alcohol from Costco and then have his team serve it with their liquor license.

The food was hot, fast fresh and everyone enjoyed it. There was tons of food!

Brad at Tri-Star Catering saved us from having a pot luck wedding reception. I was growing that disheartened with the task of hiring a caterer. I was blown off by so many caterers as soon as they heard the size of our wedding and our catering budget. Enter: Tri-Star. Brad asked me a few questions and told me that he'd get back to me shortly with a quote. And he did...and it was great. Not only did he listen to everything I said, but he went above and beyond! The proposal came in at our budget and proposed menu sounded incredible! And he totally ran with our theme: Day of the Dead. He decorated the proposal with sugar skulls and all! So then came the tasting question: can we please have a tasting? Brad initially stated that they didn't do tastings but when we insisted (since we were not familiar with their work) he was able to accommodate us. He warned us that they didn't have a restaurant and it would have to take place in their kitchen but we didn't care. We arrived and they had arranged a cute little table for us with a basket of sugar cookies decorated with motifs from our theme for us to take with us! I was praying that I loved their food because they had done such a great job already. And we did love their food! So much food and it was delicious. They were so accommodating to our requests to changes to the menu and bar. Brad was extremely professional and their wait staff treating our guests so wonderfully! I highly recommend Tri-Star!

We had a very good experience with Tri Star. We were very pleased at the quality of food, and my family agreed it was the best food we had ever had at a wedding! They were GREAT at meeting our needs for our limited budget, and Ryan was very easy to work with and flexible. The only issue I had was communication, which was difficult at times to get a response from them on my questions. But, once my assertive aunt took over, it all was taken care of. I highly recommend them!
