Exceptional all-around

Booking Paramount for our wedding was the best decision. As a major component of the event, we wanted to make sure food, drinks, and service were a top priority. Paramount exceeded every expectation. We are still receiving texts from guests complimenting the food and bar, but the kind and helpful staff are who made everything happen and shine!

Best food, better people!

Paramount catered our wedding last weekend, and people are still reaching out to us to tell us how great the food was! We had lots of dietary restrictions, and always felt comfortable that our guests would be cared for. Working with Rachel was a breeze, and we would recommend Paramount to anyone getting married in Chicago!

Unique and Actually TASTY Wedding Food

10/10 recommend!! Truly the food and service was AMAZING. Some of the best wedding food I've had (I'm biased) but many of our guests said the same.

The team was so kind, made the food unique to us (we had an Indian-American fusion wedding, and ran such a smooth operation overall!

As we were searching for vendors, Paramount was a little more expensive than some of the others we looked at - about 2-3k more, BUT IT'S SO WORTH IT. The food is delicious and unique. Many of the garnishes are grown from their greenhouse. They compost and their team of on staff (rather than surge hired just for the event), so they run it tight!!

We LOVED Paramount Events!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Paramount Events for our wedding, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! The food is outstanding. Selecting the meal line-up was difficult because each option was so delicious that it was genuinely hard to choose which ones to include on our special day. On the day itself, our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, with many telling us it was the best wedding meal they've ever had.

The Paramount team was an absolute joy to work with. They made the entire process fun and stress-free, ensuring everything went smoothly. On the day of the wedding, the servers were incredibly professional and added a wonderful touch to our celebration. They were kind and talkative. A special highlight was when the chef personally came out to introduce the meal. It was a lovely gesture that made the experience even more memorable.

We highly recommend Paramount to anyone looking for outstanding food and service for their wedding!

BEST wedding food we could’ve dreamt of!

We selected Paramount to cater our wedding and we could not have been happier! Rachel and team were so responsive and helpful in answering our questions, and from our tasting to our wedding day, everything was flawless! Our wedding is going on two months ago and to this day, we and our guests still think about and rave about the food! Paramount is friendly, professional, thoughtful, and their food can’t be beat!! Perfect caterer for a wedding or other special event! Thank you, Rachel and Peramount!!

The Perfect Wedding Day

The Paramount Events team elevated our wedding from good to great! Every front-of-house staff member was professional and attentive. All of the food came out exactly like it did at the tasting. All of our guests were raving about the food all night, from the hors d'oeuvres to the late night!

The hors d'oeuvres were passed to all guests, the soup came out hot, the entrees were restaurant quality, the sweets and late night were a hit! You could taste the freshness in all the dishes and the presentation was beautiful. I also loved that the leftover food was donated to a local shelter and any additional food scraps were composted, what a great initiative to be more sustainable!

Rachel and Caroline on the sales team were so easy to work with. They were very responsive and flexible when I needed to make changes. They ensured all the vendors worked together to bring the wedding vision to life!

The attention to detail was apparent from every staff member, and they were proud of their work (as they should be!). It was evident that Paramount has a great culture and a fantastic team that loves what they do.

Look no further - chose Paramount Events!

The service from Paramount Events from start to finish was absolutely exceptional! I knew we had the right caterer from my first correspondence with Rachel Heuermann. Rachel was a complete pleasure to work with throughout the planning process for my daughter's and son-in-law's wedding. She was kind, knowledgeable and an incredibly good communicator! During the tastings for the wedding, we got to meet Jodi Fyfe, Owner and CEO, as well as Devon Quinn, Chief Culinary Officer. We loved the fact that they had their own greenhouse on site and work generously with the community. We felt Paramount always went above and beyond to give us exceptional food, service and everything we imagined for the wedding! The wedding reception was beautiful, from the incredible food to the exceptional service throughout the evening. The hors d'oeuvres, entrees and desserts were AMAZING! The presentations to our guests were beautiful, and we received so many compliments about the food! Many guests said the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding, and I couldn't agree more! I know there are so many caterers to choose from in Chicago, but I highly recommend Paramount as everything was so amazing and exceptional! We thank everyone there for all that they do!

11/10 experience!

Paramount Events was absolutely perfect for my Wedding. Their team is professional and extremely attentive and really went above and beyond to make the day perfect. Rachel Heuermann was such a pleasure to work with and she is extremely helpful. I was told it's the best wedding food our guests have ever experience. Definitely recommend!

Paramount Events

Paramount Events were amazing to work with. Not only was the food amazing but Rachel the director of sales truly went above and beyond for us, stepping out of her role to work with our other vendors on countless occasions and basically acting as another wedding coordinator for us. We had tons of questions and she was there for us every step of the way. The entire experience was above and beyond from the tasting which is in their restaurant and which was personal and exquisite, to communication which was always responded to promptly, to the overall coordination and execution on the wedding day. We received so many compliments on the food and presentation, all of our guests including my husband and I were blown away. We also had a private server as the bride and groom and she was beyond amazing and so nice, we did not even realize that her service came with our package which was so nice on the big day. All of the servers were so amazing, professional, and fun! We had several guests pictured with the bar tender and servers and everyone was raving about how entertaining and professional the crew was. I could not recommend their services more! Truly was amazing experience and we would not have been able to do all that we did on our wedding day without Rachel and her teams help
