Best food, better people!

Paramount catered our wedding last weekend, and people are still reaching out to us to tell us how great the food was! We had lots of dietary restrictions, and always felt comfortable that our guests would be cared for. Working with Rachel was a breeze, and we would recommend Paramount to anyone getting married in Chicago!

Unique and Actually TASTY Wedding Food

10/10 recommend!! Truly the food and service was AMAZING. Some of the best wedding food I've had (I'm biased) but many of our guests said the same.

The team was so kind, made the food unique to us (we had an Indian-American fusion wedding, and ran such a smooth operation overall!

As we were searching for vendors, Paramount was a little more expensive than some of the others we looked at - about 2-3k more, BUT IT'S SO WORTH IT. The food is delicious and unique. Many of the garnishes are grown from their greenhouse. They compost and their team of on staff (rather than surge hired just for the event), so they run it tight!!

BEST wedding food we could’ve dreamt of!

We selected Paramount to cater our wedding and we could not have been happier! Rachel and team were so responsive and helpful in answering our questions, and from our tasting to our wedding day, everything was flawless! Our wedding is going on two months ago and to this day, we and our guests still think about and rave about the food! Paramount is friendly, professional, thoughtful, and their food can’t be beat!! The service from Paramount Events from start to finish was absolutely exceptional! I knew we had the right caterer from my first correspondence with Rachel Heuermann. Rachel was a complete pleasure to work with throughout the planning process for my daughter's and son-in-law's wedding. She was kind, knowledgeable and an incredibly good communicator! Paramount Events were amazing to work with. Not only was the food amazing but Rachel the director of sales truly went above and beyond for us, stepping out of her role to work with our other vendors on countless occasions and basically acting as another wedding coordinator for us. Amazing Catering for wedding - worked with Rachel

Paramount is an excellent caterer and we were very glad we chose them for our wedding! We had ~200 guests and we were working with Rachel, who was a pleasure to interact with and incredibly professional! The tastings were yummy, but more importantly, the day of our guests were truly raving about how delicious everything was (and we were too!). The staff was also very professional & the portions were great size. Lastly, during the whole process leading up to the wedding, we knew we were in great hands due to Rachel.

Best Decision for Our Wedding

Paramount was the absolute best vendor we worked with for our wedding. Rachel was incredible: super responsive, so knowledgeable, and overall very helpful and put our minds at ease for the entire event. Paramount not only has amazing food (we did stations for our wedding and the Italian and Mexican options that were served were such a hit), but their staff was amazing. My mom couldn’t stop commenting all night, and still comments, that the staff was so attentive and helpful on the wedding day - they made everything run perfectly and smoothly. If we could persuade any couple planning their wedding to select a vendor, Paramount is the one. Great food and wonderful staff, we can’t thank them enough!

Best Wedding Food Ever!

Rachel and her team at Paramount were so wonderful to work with! Rachel was extremely responsive and knew every answer to every one off question I asked her. After our tasting we were even more excited for the wedding because we knew the food would be absolutely amazing! We ended up doing a few different food stations and each one was better than the last. All of our guests commented on how great every piece of food was and wished they could take some home with them. The staff at the event was so wonderful to work with and truly made our wedding an unforgettable event!

The Perfect Wedding Day

The Paramount Events team elevated our wedding from good to great! Every front-of-house staff member was professional and attentive. All of the food came out exactly like it did at the tasting. All of our guests were raving about the food all night, from the hors d'oeuvres to the late night!

The hors d'oeuvres were passed to all guests, the soup came out hot, the entrees were restaurant quality, the sweets and late night were a hit! You could taste the freshness in all the dishes and the presentation was beautiful. I also loved that the leftover food was donated to a local shelter and any additional food scraps were composted, what a great initiative to be more...

We worked with Paramount for our wedding at sarabande. It was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. To start, the team was AMAZING. Every person we worked with was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We are both vegetarians and it was important for us to have an all vegetarian wedding. Paramount provided such delicious vegetarian appetizers and meals that all of our non-vegetarian guests raved about how good the food was.

When selecting vendors, we were overwhelmed by good options but after eating at Eden (which is the affiliated restaurant), we were sure it was going to be worth the investment. What we did not realize was how attentive the staff would be, how many things were included in our proposal (like cake cutting, plates, silverware etc), and how amazing the staff would be the day of. We had served meals, and each table had their own waitstaff. Our guest mentioned how well timed the food how attentive the waitstaff and bar tenders were all night. They were also so accommodating when it came to our bar menu - we wanted to have a full bar menu with 5 cocktails, plus a full non-alcoholic menu with 4 mocktails. Not only were they fully accommodating to our vision, but did an amazing job.

Overall, there was not a single pain point with the Paramount team. Everyone was helpful, kind and a joy to work with. Could not recommend them enough.

TPG was amazing to work with for our wedding! We worked with Rachel and Chloe specifically, but any time we worked with anyone on the team (including the owner) they were so nice and easy to work with.

I don't even know where to begin. The entire team at Paramount Events was absolutely fantastic to work with. Their food is incredible, but what really made a difference was their customized service. From start-to-finish, Nikki and Emily made wedding planning a breeze and offered assistance in helping me book a venue, DJ, florist, and videographer. I highly recommend the Paramount Events Team and will definitely be using their services again in the near future. A+!

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. Caroline was our contact for our winter wedding at Cafe Brauer and she went above and beyond helping to coordinate the day of events, give cues and even noticed I was feeling under the weather and made sure to keep the hot water with honey and lemon coming. The food and cocktail hour were incredible, food was served promptly and professionally and most guests commented on how good the food was both in taste and presentation. Caroline was responsive, worked with our budget, gave suggestions in a helpful not pushy way and was a friendly, calming face on an often stressful day. I can't wait to recommend her and her company to friends as they start wedding planning!

i can't say enough about this caterer. Caroline was our contact and she was terrific. Very responsive and helpful and she made sure everything was as we discussed. The food was wonderful. I had people come up to me and say how wonderful the sea bass was! When i walked around the tables to visit i noticed the plates were clean!! The late nite snacks were delicious as well.

We used Paramount to cater for 200 people at the Chicago History Museum. Rachel Heuermann led the efforts from Paramount and was very easy to work with. We chose Paramount because we felt that the food really stood up to the 'restaurant quality' reputation that Paramount has. They did not disappoint upon serving 200 people on the day of our wedding. Multiple people commented on the appetizers and dinner - both about the quality of food and the quality/speed of service. Though they were on the pricier side due to the size of our wedding, Paramount was well worth the money spent. We've attended multiple weddings over the past few years ourselves, and Paramount was by far the best caterer.

We contacted Paramount Catering for our wedding. I worked with Carolyn on the menu and she invited us in for a tasting. The tasting room was very nice, unique decor and a very fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, we decided not to go with Paramount due to lack of flexibility and responsiveness. We needed them to work with our budget better and they just weren't really flexible with us. The menu options were awesome, but in comparison to the food taste other caterers were better. We also didn't feel a personal connection with Carolyn that we felt we had with another caterer.

Another odd thing is that it took Carolyn like 3 months to follow-up with us after the tasting. Not sure if we fell off her radar or if something happened. It was strange and not professional.
