We found out about Trevor through a friend. He was an awesome DJ! He was able to get us all dancing even though our wedding was a daytime brunch wedding on a rooftop. He was a pleasure to communicate with and very reliable.

Simply put working with Trevor was fantastic! I had a lot of specific requests going into our wedding and he was very patient, and made it all happen. I felt completely confident in him going into our wedding and he kept people on the dance floor all night. I truly had people coming up to me all night telling me we had the best DJ they had ever heard at a wedding. He read the crowd perfectly and was able to appease the teens to the grandmas. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Trevor. His DJing and mixing abilities made the night so special, and coordinating with him leading into the wedding was great!

He did an amazing job and was so easy to work with! Everyone at the wedding was commenting on how great the music was and how much fun they were having dancing. He didn't just play the boring old wedding music you are used to, he played fun songs that you haven't heard in a while. I would highly recommend him!

Trevor was amazing, he traveled all the way to Buffalo, N.Y., made him self available for the rehearsal and reported early to the wedding. It was extremely challenging to find a good DJ who would cater to my eclectic music taste at a reasonable price. Most DJ's I found around the same price were cheesy and had typical playlists. Trevor paid close attention to my requests and was able to play a range of 80's music while incorporating salsa and a bit pop music seamlessly. It was an awesome party, people danced all night and it definitely wouldn't have had the same vibe with out him.

Trevor was hands the best wedding DJ I have ever heard. I've never seen a wedding DJ keep the floor going as strong as he did, all night long. The mix was great, not your traditional slow dance Disney music, but rather an eclectic mix of recent and modern hits that were easily recognized by both young and old folks alike. Everyone was so blown away, and they're still talking about how good it was. If you want your wedding to be remembered, you should hire DJ Trevor Martin.

Trevor made our wedding. And so many people told us so. We found him through our network in DC when we asked "who knows a dj that we can use for our wedding that is actually a dj and can mix music and keep the dance floor going all night long"? Trevor was the guy. He doesn't typically focus on djing at weddings as he is actually talent resident dj at several clubs and bars in DC. We listened to his samples and my husband new right away that he was the guy for us. We were a little concerned that he wouldn't be able to mix in some of the traditional music for our wedding but he was nothing but flexible and adaptive and so eager to make our wedding what we wanted. He was wonderful to work with and literally had people dancing until 2 am. Not to mention he was one of our least expensive options. We loved working with him and are so happy to have found him!! We even went to hear him play on our one month anniversary. Go Trevor. Our favorite vendor along with our photographer!

My wife and i met Trevor at Sticky Rice on H Street NE. The thing that impressed us the most about his DJ skills was his ability to mix new tracks over old school bests. Between his mixing and song choices we knew he'd provide a great soundtrack to our wedding. He was easy to get in touch with, upfront on his pricing, and very professional in all of our exchanges. All of our guests had a great time and I couldn't remember a time there weren't people on the dance floor.

My fiance and I first heard Trevor Martin in a club in DC, and wrote him on a whim after being fairly disappointed with the wedding DJ options we found. We were looking for someone who would keep us and our friends dancing throughout the reception and wouldn't resort to cheesy "wedding DJ gimmicks." Trevor Martin nailed it. All we heard the next day was what a great party and what great music we had. Our friends (late 20s) really enjoyed the specific songs that he chose, and our parents liked the vibe overall (even if they didn't know some of the specific songs). Our dance floor was absolutely packed without any breaks with our younger cousins, friends, parents, and parents' friends. We found that Trevor was very communicative from the beginning, willing to tune his set to what we wanted, and easily worked hand-in-hand with our wedding coordinator. My only regret is that we don't live on the east coast to hire him for future events.

We found Trevor at another wedding where we had so much fun on the dance floor we couldn't leave it for a second. He pulled off the same magic at our wedding and our guests LOVED it. He does so much more than press play on a playlist - he is actively mixing on stage and keeps the energy really high the entire time. He is super nice and easy to work with, happily taking our song suggestions and seamlessly adding similar songs to the mix.
