Town and Country Event Center is a large flexible wedding venue centrally located at the Fulton and Marconi intersection of Sacramento, California. Easily accessible with plenty of parking, this award-winning banquet hall offers three stunning ballroom options to cover any style of lavish event. Ideal for international weddings, this premier setting can provide all-inclusive rental packages designed to cover all your venue design needs.

Facilities and Capacity

Arriving at Town and Country Event Center, you will be struck by the impressive curved entry that features a video screen that greets guests with a personalized message. The Platinum Hall is the largest of the ballrooms, seating up to 500 guests beneath contemporary chandeliers embellished with individual crystal strands. Complementing this opulent display are crystal columns and stunning rope lights, which reflect beautifully off the high-polished wood floor. Amidst the dazzling design, you will also find ample space for a riser stage alongside a DJ booth, a built-in bar, and access to a large bridal changing room. Alternatively, the Gold Hall offers a seating capacity of up to 220 guests with the added eye-catching allure of ornate golden pillars. For more intimate events, the Silver Hall provides seating for 110 guests, making it ideal for the wedding ceremony or a cocktail hour. Here, there is also a mirror wall which makes the room feel much larger, as well as a DJ booth and access to a fun changing room. Each ballroom comes equipped with in-house moving lights, spotlights, lasers, and gobo patterns, which you can incorporate as desired.

Services Offered

Town and Country Event Center is in partnership with Prime Party Rentals, making the personalization of the ballrooms with specialty rentals incredibly easy. There are several rental packages available, which can include furnishings, DJ, catering, security, and a complimentary stretch Hummer Limousine. You are free to customize as you desire, whether you wish to bring your own caterer, alcohol, or wedding entertainment. Rental items available include:

Stress free

I want to start by saying thank you to David our decorator, and a big thank you to Haroon. Haroon from the start was responsive to every question we had up until that last minute of our wedding. He made sure everything went the way we wanted it to go and paid for. He made everything stress free the day of our wedding. Short story, we were supposed to have a Photo Booth that we paid for, some unfortunate miscommunication and it wasn’t present the day of our wedding. We brought it up to Haroon and in less than an hour he hired a contractor photo team for a booth that came and had a 360 Photo Booth at no extra charge! All he wants is for his customer to come in and have a great time and stress free, he makes sure everything goes smooth and is on site the day of the party. Most owners will leave managers in charge or be at home but not in this case. They have really affordable packages, we paid for the premium package and it includes a variety of options that help you be stress free before your wedding. Thank you once again!

Absolutely incredible experience

It’s was a Dream come true and Town & Country Event Center staff made it happened! Elegant and top service from day one by all the staff. Waqar kept all details in place while David the designer did an amazing decor. Jaw dropping everyone who came into our event. It’s looked she looked like the princess in her fairytale place! That’s what people were saying:) All We wanted was a stress free Quinceañera for our daughter and our family. So we could enjoy the family and friends in this special moment!
