I love, love, love Totally Inviting! Gwen is amazing! I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. I just knew I wanted something soft, elegant, and timeless and working with Gwen we made the perfect invitation. She has everything you can think of and so many great ideas. I got enormous amounts of compliments on my invitations. She is professional and very easy to work with. She not only did my invitations, but she did my programs, name cards, and table numbers. It was perfect! I highly recommend her company for everything!!!

Totally Inviting helped me design and put together my invitations. When I first went into the shop I thought there was no way I would be able to afford a custom invitation. The invitations they had displayed were beautiful. I began looking through their plethora of invitation books, thinking that would be less expensive and was disappointed that nothing caught my eye. I began to look at the custom ones, and decided to ask how much a custom invitation costs, thinking that I would pay a little more to get something I like. As it turns out, it cost me WAY less to get a custom invitation that was exactly what I wanted than it would have to order out of the books.

It was so fun designing it, and the customer service was outstanding. I was able to bring in fabric that I was using at my reception; they took a picture of it, downloaded it into the computer, and then we were able to use the design in the fabric on my invitation. I had many compliments on how unique and beautiful my invitations were. They captured the feel of my ceremony and reception perfectly, and I paid less than I would have had I ordered out of the books! I definitely recommend Totally Inviting.

We are really happy with the way our invitations, escort cards and table names turned out. Gwen helped so much us to have a unique wedding invite that matched our theme. She is GREAT!!!!!

Invitations were beautiful, also got totally inviting to make my placecards which were lovely. Gwen is so nice and helpful!

Gwen at Totally Inviting was absolutely awesome to work with. First off just going into her little shop in Placentia is so much fun. You can look at so many examples and pick and choose from all the previous invitations they've done to help create your perfect invitation. We probably went in about 5 or 6 different times before we finally decided what we were going to go with. Gwen was an immense help and we were so happy she was with us through the process, as well as extremely patient! :-) I must admit, we were kinda picky.

Anyhow, for those who want to set the tone for their wedding with an awesome invitation, then we highly recommend going with Gwen at Totally Inviting. It is true that the invitation really does set the tone. You will love the compliments you get on how beautiful your invitation is, and Gwen will definitely help you make that happen!

Gwen and her intern Christine were great. Gwen walked me thru so many aspects of planning a wedding. She was my hero as I was sometimes up to my neck in wedding overload. I loved my invitations recieved many compliments. Thank you for all of your help and patience. The seated table mumbers were beautiful. Would use her for future events for sure....

I loved this place...we got the perfect invitations and they looked amazing. Got the perfect color to go with our wedding and found the perfect accessories. We got my garters, ring bearer pillow, a sand ceremony kit, and the invitations. I put them together myself but I had plenty of time so that did not bother me and they were willing to put them together for us! Would highly recommend. We went on a day they had a sale and saved 40% on invites and 30% on the other things!!!

First off, I definitely recommend a visit to see Gwen at Totally Inviting. You can just turn up during their open hours Wed - Fri (11 - 7), Weekends (11 - 4), or you can make an appointment for more dedicated service. Both times I visited, I made an appointment.

Gwen is super accommodating in being able to fit you in. For my second appointment, we only had one day that we could do it, and she worked us in, around several other appointments she already had scheduled.

It's great to be able to see all the invitations in the showroom. A lot of them are of the same style (rhinestone, with initials, in a pocket) - but for that most part, that was what we wanted, so it worked well for us.


I would have appreciated a bit more guidance in 'ordering way more than you would ever need.' We ran into a situation where we ended up not having extra printed was almost as much as the full batch of our order (!). I thought this was slightly ridiculous and actually got pretty upset by this. (Note - our of principle, I refused to pay that extortionate amount and ended up doing some DIY ones from Michael's for the remainder!!). Weddings are weddings; I've never worked with a printer, in my professional history, that doesn't over-print a few.


That aside, I really loved our invitations from Totally Inviting. They were self-assembly, which was time consuming, but we were told exactly what type of glue to use to assemble.

Totally Inviting created a custom invitation for our wedding at a reasonable price compared to others so I'm very appreciative of that. We had several issues with communication though, which I felt was very unprofessional. To the point of them saying that they could no longer work with us due to the time it was taking to get a finalized invitation, yet at that point there were still several typos and mistakes on the invitation that they kept missing which I refused to sign off on. I felt like I was being very clear in what I wanted changed, but they just weren't getting it. Hopefully this was all due to a slew of misunderstandings or miscommunications but my experience with them left a bad impression of which I will not be returning or recommending friends.
