Our team is headed by three veterans of the culinary and event industries:
Executive Chef Benedict Zappone who dreams up and creates all our tasty bites and dishes.
Director of Operations Eliasir Cordero who multitasks through the essential back-of-house operations to ensure a flawless event.
Director of Sales Johanna Schubert who is your first contact and will help you navigate through your menu options to find the perfect menu for your perfect event.
With over 60 years of combined expertise, we work to ensure there is a balance of culinary excellence, logistical efficiency and customer service.
Ask Chef Benedict about his cooking style and he will tell you the easy answer is Refine American Cuisine. But more than that, where the genius lies is in the positive energy and the love he puts into his food. It is about understanding the ingredients and spices to create flavors that bring a lasting experience.
We happily cater small 20 person events as well larger 500 person events. You can choose your catering from our sample menus, or we can sit down together and create a meal from scratch just for you.

Top Line catered our family Thanksgiving Dinner and it was fantastic! We picked it up the day before, carefully and festively packed with clear directions. I was amazed at the amount of food-there were 13 disposable trays of food, including the whole turkey. On Thanksgiving day, all we had to do was heat everything up in the oven, beginning with the incredibly delicious hor d'oeuvres. While those were being excitedly gobbled up, we heated the turkey for about an hour, which was fine, because the appetizers were filling and we needed a little time to digest and get hungry for dinner. It was also a nice hour for a glass of wine and relaxing family time in the living room. We took the turkey out, and kept it wrapped under foil on the back of the stove while we heated the rest of the dinner in the oven. Everything was top quality, delicious and way classier than our typically home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner! The entire family was commenting on how easy it was and that we had much more time for visiting and enjoying each other's company rather than being in the kitchen all day cooking and cleaning up. Clean up was a breeze! There was plenty of food to send leftovers home with everyone. The staff was so friendly and kind. I highly recommend Top Line Catering, based on my experience. If they cater larger events and weddings with the same quality and care and personal touch as they did for our small family gathering, which I'm sure they do, then I believe they are an excellent choice.

Hiring a caterer for our 50-person holiday party was a bit of a splurge for us, but we are SO THRILLED that we did. During the sales process, Johanna and Eli were incredibly flexible, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They came out to the house to check out the space they had to work with and took impeccable notes so that the party ran smoothly without my having to micromanage a thing. I knew at that meeting that we'd made the right decision as they truly thought and talked through every detail. The day of the party, Chef Eli and server Anthony made the typical hours-before-the-party stress completely non-existent this year.
