We are so happy we hired Tonie as our photographer for our wedding!! How can I even count the reasons? When I selected Tonie I loved how her photos truly showed an artistic quality and you could tell that every shot was taken by a professional. Beyond that, her personality is infectious; she has a wonderful spark and energy. Her experience and advice in timeline planning helped keep our day moving smoothly, even with unavoidable last-minute changes.
I felt confident that she and her husband/second shooter Eric were present in all the right places to get the shots that will help us remember our day forever. Tonie was calm and supportive during the inevitable small crisis or two and her reassuring presence was a surprisingly meaningful part of my day. Tonie was also as adventurous as she advertises and even willing enough to get in a small boat (in spite of being very pregnant!) to accommodate our unusual get-away.
Even prior to the wedding, just based on the positive experiences we had already had with Tonie through planning and engagement photos, my mother also booked her to come out a few days before the wedding to get some casual family photos while we were all together. They are great!! She managed my rambunctious family of 13 people with ease and managed to get a ton of great shots even with several stubborn and squirmy kids.

As a wedding planner, I've been lucky enough to work with Tonie in the past, and when it came time to hire a photographer for my own wedding there was only on person I knew I wanted to capture our day :) For our engagement photos she was amazing at putting my camera-shy fiance at ease and get genuine smiles out of him, and at our wedding it felt like she and Alicia were a part of the bridal party. Hiring Tonie was the best wedding vendor decision we made! I came across Tonie's Instagram page when browsing for a wedding photographer and immediately fell in love! Her style as a photographer is insane, she has so much talent using light to create amazingly artistic shots. Looking through her portfolio I knew I needed to hire her for my wedding day! We hired Tonie for our engagement photos and for our wedding day and couldn't be happier with the results. Not only is Tonie an amazing human and now a good friend of ours, she makes it all SO EASY. I can't even begin to describe how happy we are with our photos and experience with Tonie Christine. Everyone was a bit nervous and scattered the morning of the wedding, but as soon as we met Tonie that morning, her energy and excitement for our day and ability to jump right in and take charge crafting shots put everyone at ease and able to just enjoy the moments and not worry about any details. It was clear she had a plan and knew what she was doing and we were all so relieved and eager to follow. Also, my husband and I decide last minute (literally last minute), to do a first look before the ceremony and Tonie instantly had the idea to place us at opposite sides of a sculpture in the park and hold hands and then turn to see each other. That moment was amazing and would not have happened if not for her quick thinking. Tonie's personality is infectious and the photos...INCREDIBLE. Our original photographer cancelled on us because, well covid. We were so bummed and overwhelmed at the thought of going back to the drawing board to find someone. Tonie Christine Photography was recommended to us, and from the first email we knew this was the business we wanted to work with. She showed empathy and kindness towards our situation and worked with us to create a plan. We also had a venue change after receptions were cancelled this year, and her team was more than accommodating. We were set to work with team member Alicia. When it came to our big day, I was nervous working with someone I had never met before. But as soon as I met Alicia, she felt like part of the family. She is the best hype woman, making you feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole day. She was creative and also joined us on a hike for our fist look. Whatever your dreams are, they make it happen. We got our images back quicker than we thought we would and they were STUNNING! I literally have 350 favorite photos and could not cut any of them if you asked me to. The editing was aligned to Tonie’s darker romantic vibe and we just loved it for our fall wedding. We have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience working with Tonie and Alicia.

Tonie is incredible. My husband and I have known Tonie for years, and we honestly didn't even think about hiring someone else. We made the right call. Every photo we got from Tonie is perfect--clear, artistic, and truly captures the feel and the moment. Our friends and family loved them, both of our moms cried when they first saw the pictures!

I loved that when we worked with Tonie, we never felt like we were posing for photos. We were just having fun, being in the moment with each other, and hanging out with our friends. Somehow, she still managed to get the perfect photo every time.

Tonie is always prompt to respond to questions and always operates with the utmost level of professionalism-. I would also highly recommend taking advantage of her engagement photo package. I love that the photos in our house all have the same "feel" and style. I also did a boudoir session with Tonie, which was SO much fun and maybe my favorite part of my wedding prep. My husband also absolutely loved them. I ordered way too many prints and products, but it was 100% worth the cost. During the wedding day, Tonie snapped a couple of photos of me in just my veil to add to my collection.

I'm so glad we decided to invest in the perfect photographer. She is absolutely worth every penny and then some!

Tonie was the first vendor I hired for our wedding. I don't remember the first time I saw her work but I am sure i was favoriting her pictures far before I got engaged lol From our initial inquiry, Tonie made me feel so comfortable with the choice. When picking a wedding vendor, the choices are ENDLESS so being able to pick someone and feel confident in the decision is key. We had an initial facetime where her bubbly and warm personality was just want I knew i needed on my wedding day.

My fiance and I did our engagement photos a few months after booking Tonie and had the BEST time. I was expecting my fiance to be dragging his feet but Tonie has this presence that makes you feel so confident and it ended up being So much fun for all of us and they were the best pictures ever.

Fast forward two years and we were FINALLY able to work with Tonie again on our wedding day! She allowed us to postpone our wedding an entire year due to COVID and never charged us anything more which meant so much given the stress of postponing your wedding!

Day of, Tonie and her husband Eric (second shooter) were again, incredible. Not only did she make the day fun and stress free, she kept the timeline going and made everyone in our bridal party feel beautiful. The fact that she does a same day preview of photos is another level. To top it off, we got additional previews sent to us during our honeymoon and our entire gallery within just TWO WEEKS. I honestly can't say enough great things about Tonie as a person but it would be remiss if I didnt mention her talent as a photographer as well. She has an amazing eye and the way she sees the world through her camera is true art. We will cherish our wedding photos FOREVER and I honestly dont think i have gone a day without looking at them and reliving the best day of our lives. The small real moments she captures are such a treasure and you aren't just getting portraits, you are also getting all of the perfectly framed candid moments on your most special day, too. Tonie is a dream! I had seen her work and felt so fortunate she was available for our wedding day. She was such a joy to work with and our engagement photos and wedding photos turned out amazingly. She gives you direction to ensure you look your best but the photos come out looking natural and wonderful.
