I can’t thank you guys enough. I was a nervous wreck when my videographer cancelled one month before the wedding. I reached out to the Tolen Media team and they were so undertaking! They made the time for an almost immediate video call. They explained everything they could do and gave us a game plan that was clear and easy to follow. After that call, I knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, everything happened as planned and our pics/vids came out amazing! Thanks again for saving our wedding day almost at the last minute!

At first I hired Tolen Media for our wedding video because of the great price and everything they included. Not only did we enjoy and cried with our video but we got so much more than what they say on their website. They really do pay attention to detail. We loved everything, from their choice of background music to the colors! The videos look like they came from Hollywood! Thanks TM for such an awesome job!

My fiancé is camera shy. I was worried he wouldn’t get along with whoever I hired for our wedding video/photos. We got both services from Tolen Media. The fact that both our photographer and videographer are husband and wife helps because they already knew what to do. They also knew how to make us feel comfortable in front of a camera and that really showed in the end results! I loved my videos and photos. They even made my husband feel and look his best! Outstanding. We decided to film for our upcoming anniversary and we could not have asked for more. Tolen Media was very professional throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated their patience. Their pricing was so worth it and we could not recommend enough.

Do not book service with Tolen Media. We booked photograph and video with Carlos Tolentino. I called him to see if it was possible to change the date for the following weekend so I can move all my venues. He said yes, but to let him know next day before 12noon. Once I moved everything I texted him at 9am to let him we were good to go and he said I have to wait and see if he can move it. He then told me if he can bring his 6 years old to my wedding which i said as long as you can work its ok. Then he told me he had to make sure someone can take care of his dog and last he said can work something but there would be a fee and he was going to cut my hours. I told him he should have told me that before making changes with everybody else. I asked him to please call me after we were chatting for 30 minutes he said he was eating and if I needed him to take pictures of his food to show me. I told him I was not that childless to ask for that. Then he called me to tell me he was not a piece of sh*it. I told him he was not being professional that I could never talk to my customers the way he was talking to me. So then he said I really don't want to work with you no more because he said he is going to be upset editing my video and that he was even concern I would make him feel uncomfortable the wedding date. before getting off the phone he said call me if you want to move it in 2 weeks and I said ok. 20 minutes later he send me email saying the service is canceled and he was going to give us back 400 out of the 1500 we paid him. But Bank said there is nothing even pending from the refund. So he just lied about that too. The way he is conducting business is wrong, unprofessional and dishonest.
