We had a phenomenal experience working with the TCC team for a recent wedding hosted onsite. From the very beginning, working with Derek was a breeze. His emails were swift and clear. On the event day, the entire service team at Timuquana went above and beyond to ensure our couple's experience was top notch. We cannot recommend this team and location for events enough. We look forward to future opportunities to work together!

I am so happy I had my wedding at Timuquana! I grew up coming here, and we had the absolute best day. Lexi, the event coordinator there, is the absolute BEST! My sister got married here also and it was beautiful. I cant recommend it enough!!!

Lexi our planner was amazing. I could not have asked for anyone better to work with. She was such a blessing and pleasure to work with. This was the most amazing beautiful venue. I highly recommend this venue. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughters wedding was a perfect day. It was truly the day of her dreams

TCC and their coordinator, Shay, truly made my southern wedding dream a reality. They were so professional, so helpful and so accommodating to all my requests. I had a lot of out of town guests so being able to have our reception on the St Johns River was absolutely perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a blast working with each and every one of them and I cannot say enough nice things about Shay! She was so great, responsive and helpful throughout the whole overwhelming process. Not to mention, you don't get a prettier view of Jacksonville than you do from the absolutely stunning club that is TCC! Everyone had a great time thanks to the club and its staff!

This is the perfect setting for a romantic southern wedding. The venue is so pretty you don't even need a lot of decor. Plus the view of the river and downtown is spectacular. The best part of this venue though is the service and professionalism. Our wedding was beautiful and j have them to thank!!

The reception was gorgeous! The tables were set up just as I asked and everything was arranged with the florist and the cake perfectly. There was a stunning view of the river from the reception hall and there was plenty of room to dance, sit and talk, or whatever. Myra was absolutely wonderful!

TCC is such a beautiful venue! I was blown away the first time that I visited. Additionally, the staff at TCC is phenomenal! It was a pleasure working with Louise and all of the event and catering staff. Everyone made our event go off without a hitch. They managed any issues that arose and made sure the bridal party, and family were extremely well taken care of, which we were!

They were incredibly delightful throughout the whole experience. They were completely willing to personalize the event for us, work with our budget and make our vision come alive.

The ballroom was roomy and the view was SPECTACULAR

We love Timuquana. There is not a better view or venue in Jacksonville. Lexi, the new director is AMAZING to work with. She made us feel extremely calm (in the midst of recovering from a major hurricane) and did everything in her power to make the food, drinks, and entire day EXACTLY what we wanted. Thank you TCC for everything!

I had very mixed feelings about my wedding reception at Timuquana. It is an absolutely stunning venue. You can truly created any feeling you want in the beautifully renovated ballroom. My main issue was with the coordinator at the club, Louise. She is very nice and I like her very much, however, I think she must be juggling too many balls because she certainly dropped a few on our big day. She told both me and my MIL on different occasions that the club had both white and cream linens. Two weeks before the wedding, she claimed to have never said that and if we wanted cream, we'd have to order them. That was an unexpected $700 we had to shell out. Additionally, when she ordered our table linens, she did not put an order in for napkins. As this is what she does professionally, I assumed she would have alerted us that the club wouldn't be providing cloth napkins. Nope--my guests used paper cocktail napkins! The food was very good, however, they did not prepare enough appetizers and they ran out very quickly. Louise was also very bad at returning emails and phone calls, which really caused a lot of stress for me, especially as the day drew nearer.

If you decide to use this club--and it really is beautiful--I highly suggest you pay for an outside wedding planner. I'd still recommend the club, but just go in with the awareness that you are going to have some extra stress with the event coordinator.
