We had Tiffany's Party Rentals as our vendor for our wedding this past October! They were incredibly helpful and created a beautiful space for our wedding! We can't thank Lupe and her team enough, and strongly recommend them for any event!

Wow. Tiffany's was AMAZING! They did such a beautiful job with the tent and drapings for my wedding. I had 2 receptions and one was in the parking lot of the church, and boy did that tent look SO romantic. They were super accommodating with the tent size and the draping color, as well as an easy rental for the tables and chairs. Fast responses and gave me such a good deal with the tent/draping. I rented a 40' x 80' tent for a fraction of the price that other event places were charging me. They also threw in free sweetheart chair tentals. Such sweethearts of them! Would definitely recommend them again and again for future events!

Lupe is amazing, from our first consultation over the phone for our wedding reception rentals, to the email conversations to finally meeting in person. Lupe is easy to work with, patient and above all very professional. She is also very flexible. She waited for my fiancé and I after closing hours since he works all the way in Long Beach. She has been in the business for about 10 years and she gives her honest opinion on what will work best for your ideas. She demos table decor so that you can have an idea of what your event will look like, which I loved! Her prices are reasonable and she can work with you if you're on a budget. Best price, fantastic and reliable service. I was in need of several tables, chairs and linens for my rehearsal dinner and Tiffany's offered (by far) the best price for rentals and delivery. Because the dinner was held at a house that we were renting, the tables and chairs needed to be delivered and picked up at precise times. Tiffany's was happy to accommodate us and were nothing but pleasant to work with. I would absolutely use Tiffany's again!

Two weeks before my baby shower, I contacted Tiffany's Party Rentals because of the glowing reviews I saw on Yelp. From the start, their response time to my e-mails were poor, but I secured the items for my delivery nonetheless and requested a time (1:30PM) that I was told they would work around. For days, I asked for clarification for the delivery time on my items and the only response I got was "I will let you know as soon as we have the route set" 4 days before the party. I not only never heard back, but after multiple e-mails, all I got was the delivery driver's phone number. When I spoke to the driver, he had not been informed of my ideal delivery time and instead was going to deliver the items between 5 and 6PM. He did not show up until 10:30PM that night, and when he did, he delivered broken items.

Luckily, we were able to make the items work for the party, but when I reached out to Tiffany's Party Rentals to express my disappointment and ask for a refund for the broken items, I did not hear back for days. And when I did, all I got was defensive responses and no refund. Again, I asked for my very reasonable request for a refund, and did not hear back for 4 more days, at which I informed them I would be posting my negative experience on all review platforms.

Only then did I get my refund. It is clear to me that Tiffany's Party Rentals puts little to no effort into customer service or communication, and also fed me lies and defenses to our very simple business exchange. I would not recommend them to anyone.
