About this venue
The Windmill House is a premier wedding venue in Chino Valley, Arizona. This delightful venue is situated on a private lake, far away from the bustle and noise of everyday life, but not so far as to be inconvenient for out-of-town guests. The property’s lush lawns and beautiful gardens are dotted with beautiful fountains, and a tall, old-fashioned windmill gives the setting a unique and irresistible charm.
Facilities and Capacity
The Windmill House is available for engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, elopements, wedding ceremonies, and receptions. The venue has a maximum capacity of 200 guests and comprises both indoor and outdoor event spaces. These include a small island for outdoor ceremonies, a 10,000-square-foot patio, and a reception ballroom. The island is accessed by a lovely little bridge and features a picturesque clearing shaded by a cluster of tall, leafy trees. The main ballroom features a large stone fireplace, an elevated stage, a wooden dance floor, a private bar, and several fine chandeliers. Tall glass doors open onto the patio, admitting plenty of rich, natural light. A lovely little cottage is also available for you and your wedding party to use as a get-ready area.
Services Offered
Tours of the Windmill House are available, and Tony Cordovana, your Windmill House host, would love to show you around so that you can begin to create a picture of your special day in your mind’s eye. The venue offers specially tailored ceremony-only and all-inclusive packages designed to suit a variety of needs and budgets. Catering services are available, and you and your guests can enjoy delicious appetizers and a four-course buffet dinner. Other features and options include event planning services, dining tables, chairs, glassware, china, flatware, a choice of linens, a cash bar, a wedding cake, cake-cutting service, and set-up and clean-up services. A white arch, a moveable birch-branch arch, a dance floor, lighting equipment, and televisions are also available for use. Tony and the rest of the Windmill House team are looking forward to meeting you, and they can’t wait to make your wedding a day to remember.
